Pleasant and comfortable place, perfect location if you are on the road and just stopping for the night as it's close to the highway. Well designed, intuitive self-check in. Very functional, interesting, modern design - wood & stone, surprisingly spacious for such a small place, well equipped kitchen - everything we needed was there.

There was no air conditioning and it was a bit hot and stuffy at night, but it was around 35 degrees C when we stayed there, it shouldn't be a problem for most of the year. The rooms are probably new, as there was a specific smell of freshly varnished wood - may be a little disturbing, if someone is sensitive, but it will probably be gone soon.

Absolutely stunning place to stay . We booked it as an overnight stay during our European road trip ( we are family of 3 , with 4yo boy ) . Apartment is immaculately clean , everything is new and in good style . Very quiet location . Everything is contactless , including breakfast ( very interesting idea , breakfast is already in the fridge , and fresh bread is delivery by baker in the morning ) . Would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends

Modern and clean room, perfect for a short stay. Check-in is digital, located at the entry so no probem if you arrive late in the evening like we did. Breakfast is in the fridge and bread is fresh in the morning at the door. Quiet area. Check-out is easy. Just drop the access passes in the box at the exit and you're good to go.

None, it matched my expectations and purpose of the trip to Heilbronn. Alhough it wasn't a problem for us, the breakfast is limited to the contents of the fridge. Don't expect a buffet or restaurant, just have breakfast at your room or at your room's terrace.

We would love to have some recommendations in our room for hikes in the area places to rent bikes. Good restaurants.

If you want a quiet and not crowded place- this is the choice for you! Very modern, all new and beautiful. We saw many different comments about breakfast- for us was more than enough and very convient. I added pictures for you to judge yourself

For communication- no purpose to try via booking.com, we just called the phone number provided and all was sorted that was needed. Could be tight with parking spots but was all ok for us

Self Check in was a bit confusing and there were limited places to eat close by especially as there was no staff onsite for directions or advice.

This place is amazing, so modern and clean, also in a quiet area but only 15mins drive from the city. The natural wood finishes throughout the building and rooms are beautiful. Check in was very simple even late at night with self check in kiosk.

Breakfast was prepared in the fridge, and every morning local baker delivered a bag with excellent bake in front of the room door. The coffee machine was in the room. Great experience! Comfortable bed and nice wood design of all house made our stay.

We had a great stay, all the comfort and ammenities we needed, the breakfast was a good fit with the fresh bagels from the bakery. We highly recommend!
