Nice location for where we had to go in the 2 days we stayed. The staff was very nice and helpful . Food was good to very good. Our room for 3 people was a little tight, but we had a covered outdoor sitting area that helped.

We had never been to Germany before, I wished the staff or owners told us that full nudity was allowed in their sauna!!!! What a shock we had when we went inside with our bathing suits on and every person inside was NAKED!!!! We didn't last more then a few minutes before excusing g ourselves out of the area. 🫢🫣🙈

Great location , good food at sensible prices, all the staff were lovely and helpful , havd stayed here before and would definitely stay here again. Excellent breakfast, and the chef did a fantastic omelette . Carpark always seemed to have plenty of space

Hot water took a long time to run through to our rooms, I mean timed at 7 to 10 minutes ,sometimes longer, could have been good to have known this upfront. Shutter switches a little fiddly but nothing major.

The food here is just amazing! But what actually made our stay was the staff. Thank you so much to all the staff members who took the dietary restrictions seriously and made us feel safe! Everything was delicious and safe! Accidentally we had the room with a fantastic view directly at the Schloß, which was a bonus :) Beautifully located, walking areas right outside the hotel.

The receptionist was pretty rude when we checked in, so the stay started off with a wrong foot.

We stayed in an apartment opposite the main hotel building, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely people, we had an evening meal in the restaurant, the food was delicious (the breakfast was also delicious). The grounds of the hotel are lovely - you can sit outside by the river to eat and you can see the Lichtenstein Schloss from the car park. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Excellent food at dinner & breakfast

The restaurant staff were unhelpful. Knowing we could not speak much German, 3 waiters avoided us. A 4th had reasonable English & was polite & she helped us through the menu eventually. We had been told by the hotel before booking that they could speak English but this was not the case. They could provide a menu in English if they want guests from England & USA

The receptionist didn’t tell us the truth about dining options outside of the hotel. I understand the desire to have us eat at the hotel but we wanted a choice. She said there were no their choices and when we found one I mentioned it to her and she said it didn’t exist(at first), the said it was a food truck. It wasn’t.

The room and location was amazing. The restaurant was lovely. It is close to Schloss Lichtenstein.

The communication was challenging for English speaker as far as directions to how to get to castle without a car. I wanted the bus and thought she was saying there was no bus but had to walk up. I thought she said the bus stopped at hotel and went no further. I later understood she meant that was the bus stop (to go further). It all worked out, but I wish I had them call me a car because many trees were down on path. The manager listened to my concerns to be clear to future guests when I finally returned.

Breakfast buffet was fantastic. The staff even made an oat milk latte for my husband who is lactose intolerant. Sizable room with balcony , the view of the castle on hilltop was great. The big bathroom was a plus. We were able to park our car at the hotel which is a “must”. The parking lot has plenty of spaces.

The family feeling. Being greeted by name. Staff super friendly and going the extra mile. We had 2 nights each in different hotels on our trip and this one was by far the most pleasant. Loved the Spa area and the location is absolutely

That we had to go home. 😉

Excellent food and ourstanding service

The bed coverings were not cotton, reminded me of the disposable paper covers on airline seats. A four * hotel should be able to provide decent bed linen.
