Very nice breakfast, could use a bit more variety, but overall lovely fresh breads (the pretzel bun was absolute tops), very comfortable bed and surprisingly the en-suite bathroom was very nice too, the staff was nice, the location is excellent.

Not many outlets in the room (especially bedside outlets), an en-suite kettle would be nice.

Super close to Jena-Paradies Train Station and therefore very convenient. Interior design of the room was modern and room was well-facilitated. A family member was injured during the trip, and a friendly receptionist called Rausch was extremely helpful in helping to call an ambulance and keeping us informed at all times. She also tried to ask about wheelchair rental for us. Our sincere compliments to her for her professionalism and going the extra mile, the help offered made our trip pleasant despite the accident.

At night, there was often loud noise from below- it could be concerts in the park nearby or live music from cafes, but this was beyond the control of the hotel!

- Staff was particularly helpful when my card key was not working at the beginning for some weird reason - Breakfast time starts very early and finishes later than other places, it gives more flexibility to plan the day

The room was spacious and clean. Had good lighting and internet. The bed was confortable

The bathroom was very small and it had a smell of Mildew. You could hear the Tram everytime it went by. Even at night

Light, bright and airy room. Good shower/ toilet facilities - clean with plenty of on tap hot water. Comfy bed with additional duvet/ pillow if required in the room. Excellent self serve breakfast with good choice of food. Friendly and helpful front of house staff at reception

English channels on TV!

Even after closing the window , it’s still noisy in the early morning. The sounds from the plaza could be heard clearly.

I just think that 100€/night is a bit too much... though everything was very nice and clean

The hotel is central. A late check in was possible. The stuff was helpful and polite. The bed was very good.

Only one thing to note for next time, NOT to use the hotel car park, especially if coming with a bigger car.
