I tried 2 hotels in Jena, and I would chose this one again!! Everything was absolutely perfect. Nice staff, quiet room and really well located. I was in the breakfast floor and with a window giving to a street with passing and did not get bother from noise. They hotel provides a water fountain which makes it really enjoyable during a hot summer.

The hotel is situated directly in the historical center of Jena. Its equipment is very modern. I had a quiet room with a breathtaking view of the entire Jena valley. All the staff was very helpful, yet my special thanks go to Mrs Engelhardt for preparing my breakfast in advance so I could depart on time.

Employee working in kitchen prepared fresh scrambled eggs for me to go with the buffet breakfast. Room was nicely designed, particularly the storage space. Hotel was conveniently located in close proximity to a number of restaurants and cafés.

Soap dispensers in room were a bit hard to handle. Room had only one chair, although it was a double. Room had originally been booked as providing possible accommodation for three (bed and additional sofa) but only had bed. It was described as able to sleep a maximum of three.

The hotel's location is excellent, as it is situated right in the center of the city, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The food served at the hotel is simply fabulous, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. And as for the room, I found it to be very comfortable and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. All in all, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The mattress is 90cm*2 instead of one double mattress

The staff were super friendly and polite. They did help me on different occasions.

The breakfast did not have much variety. I prefered to have slippers in the room and get my towels changed more often.

A small, new and modern hotel that is run by the owner. Super- friendly staff, functional design. There is a free water dispenser with cold and room-temperature water, which is fantastic considering how much other hotels charge for bottled water in the room. Love the interior design. Everything is in walking distance.

I got a really good deal bit didn't realise that the reason was that the room is across the breakfast room. So it can get noisy in the morning. Check before you book.

Simple and functional, enough space, comfortable, staff very friendly. All facilities worked perfectly.

It would be nice to have a button on the door to make sure it is closed and nobody can enter while you are sleeping.

The location is very good. the parking facilities are great and the staff are very kind.

can't say I really disliked anything. rooms were basic but just what was needed for a good stay.

It was very spacious room, also in the city centre, the breakfast was rather good and the heating was working. The receptionist wrote me immediately invoice.

Maybe more richer breakfast, also no receptionist after certain hours and no kettle.

Some kind of noisy ventilation downstairs in the yard, so I had to leave the windows closed at night
