very comfortable and clean room, and extremely friendly stuff:) because of my plan change i had to skip the breakfast next day, but the administrator couldn’t accept this (even though i said it is no problem) and she brought me a huge package with a lot of food😁thank you very much! will come back to Akademiehotel next time in Jena🫶

On top of the breakfast, also supper was included. Very quiet neighborhood with a lot of greenery around the hotel. Spacious room, lot of storage space, and a normal-sized desk.

Not a short walking distance to the main square, but a tram stop nearby.

Breakfast buffet had several options and I was quite happy 😊 While the single room is small, it had everything I needed for an overnight stay

Bed wasn't the most comfortable but varies from person to person. Bathroom/shower a bit dated and shows from usage but I'm not that picky either 😂

It will be good to provide access to common fridge (since there’s no minibar fridge in the room), microwave and hot water for the guests.

The hotel is super simple, but very clean. The shower is great. Breakfast is great and the dinner offered during week days is also pretty good. I had a very good experience there.

Unfortunately the only problem is that is far from everything in the city. But they do offer daily ticket for public transportation from the check in day to check out day.
