Modern, clean hotel with an excellent location near the train station and close to the city center. The rooms are comfortable, relatively spacious, the staff is friendly, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. Ideal for a few days in Lübeck. Breakfast was included in the price, but nothing special, good to have, but not worth praising.

The rooms are not very clean, especially the bathroom, which is not properly maintained. There is no sound insulation, and the breakfast is poor and repetitive, below expectations for a hotel of this level.

- Temperature in the room was ok. I didn't check if they had AC before booking and since they don't have it, I was afraid of high temperatures. Luckily there's good aeration in the hotel. My room was facing East or South (not sure) but I didn't feel suffocated inside. - No real noise issue with neighbours. My floor/hall was calm. Only when someone talked in the hall at 5 AM. Not too much noise coming from outside. We were on the third floor and not facing the station. - Location is perfect in front of the train station. That's a big reason why I picked this hotel. - I needed to put something in a fridge and the reception put it in their fridge for us for a day. - Fast check in/out.

- The breakfast was average but I guess it's proper to Germany. Just the basics and usual offer: bread, pancakes, spread, a bit of deli, eggs, yoghurt, cornflakes, some fruit... I would have liked more fruit and more warm options (there was only eggs and meatballs/or sausages) like more deli options and garnished/fancier eggs. - The extra (sofa) bed was very hard. Luckily I didn't stay more than two nights. - No boiler in the room. No free tea, no coffee, no water, and no mini fridge. - No iron. You have to ask at the reception.

Excellent hotel and we slept well-despite the noisy location and construction works next to the train station. Nice breakfast! We parked the car- with bikes- in the nearby shopping center.

The price in booking.com was not accurate: I booked a room for 1 adult and 2 children, 11 and 15 years including breakfast. I was told at check in that the price only included breakfast for the adult. I had to pay extra- full price- 15 euro- for the 15y old and half price for the 11y old. Very busy at breakfast and there were no tables available for 3 so we had to wait for 15 minutes.

Good location - close to the train station, games in the hotel lobby and some board games in the room, clean, not a lot of noise coming from outside. Breakfast okay.

No one was in the reception and we had to wait a quite long time for someone to arrive. Because it was raining and we were wet and had a long trip behind us, that waiting time was a bit annoying, otherwise I wouldn't bother.

Nice decor/design, it all felt clean and modern. The breakfast was brilliant - great and varied options in the buffet. Beds very comfy! Hotel is in a good location literally right in front of the main train station and bus station, and it's about 15-20 minute walk into the old town of Lübeck. Hotel staff were very friendly and spoke both English and German. We asked for a late check out and it was €15 for 2 extra hours.

Nothing major. The bedroom was a bit small - we had a standard double room and it was hard to open the bathroom door because it was so close to the wardrobe rail.

Location was great, room was comfy and clean! Staff was also very nice.

It’s a small detail, but I was with a baby stroller and got a room where I still had to go over some stairs. When I realized there were rooms without stairs, I had already unpacked, so I didn’t ask for a change, but this could have been seen proactively by the staff. It would have been a great help!

Location was amazing - literally steps away from the train station (1hr into Hamburg city) and about a 10min walk into the centre of Lübeck. Super clean. Great breakfast selections.

Beds were comfy but the lumpy pillows & duvets need some upgrading... Drinks selection from the bar isn't amazing.

Great location, nice room, efficient staff. We could easily walk to the city center. There were also some games (such as table soccer) in the hotel lounge. Recommended to any kind of travelers!

We had to walk a bit from the parking space near by (which is not part of the hotel but was very cheap, 5 EUR for 24H!) and with the luggage, a kid and a dog it was a bit uncomfortable.

Parking is nearby (really not far, but is paid). Hotel doesn't have own parking. It is necessary to find location of the parking before you go there, otherwise you will be lost. Everything would be easier if hotel sent us exact adress of the parking house before our stay.

The hotel is on a nice location, just across the main train station. It is on walking distance to the Lübeck city centre. The hotel staff were very friendly and gave us useful informations about the city. We loved to play table football in the lobby. Breakfast had good choice of food. Overall, very nice experience. For recommendation!

The only cosmetic for hygiene is a shampoo for all purposes- hand, body and hair. The hotel could offer something better.
