Nice modern hotel with good off road parking. Exceptionally friendly and efficient staff both at reception and in the restaurant. We will be back.

Not much we disliked at all really. Air conditioning in our room would have been nice as it was very warm, A lift would also be nice as there were a lot of steps. But neither were big issues or would so is coming back.

Breakfast was very good, with a lot of variation. Service was exceptional good. The room was very quiet. Because of the town being quite packed, the hotel offered to put a second bed into the room. Thanks!

The furniture and the bathroom could need a little bit of a modern "upgrade". Otherwise everything has been nice. Again, thanks for the nice stay.

This is a great hotel - the only downside is its location which is a good way out of the city - if travelling by car not an issue but with nowhere to eat in an evening close by it's a taxi ride to venture out. Public transport is great and regular so getting around without a car is no problem for wider travel

Those among the staff who are experienced have excellent skills at listening and accomodating the clients. Here, you may not get the most modern or high tech hotel, but a hotel with warmth, kindness, courtesy and a service culture

Some of the rooms have worn out and outdated furniture. Nevertheless, I must say that it was impeccably clean.

Elisenhof is always my first choice whenever I’m in Mönchengladbach. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and incredibly helpful . They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable and the amenities were great. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is not the newest one, but was very clean and everything needed was there. We just wanted to spend the night during our long journey and the hotel perfectly fit to our needs. Very good value for money.

Booked this hotel for a stopover when travelling. Handy to the motorway comfortable and clean. Soundproofing good so we had a good nights sleep.

Breakfast - could be more warm dishes, at least some boiled sausages and grilled tomatoes, especially in winter time
