Nice spacious room, very helpful staff, complimentary water bottle in the room, nice restaurant on site, decent breakfast. Genuine price. Nice lobby.

Ventilation system needs to cleaned, there is strange stink in the washroom, basin is too old (fungus). Further hotel is not sound proofed, got room on front side (while I requested for a quiet room) and you hear noise of vehicles whole night even with closed windows, you hear your neighbors (I got a connecting room, probably that's why). Lighting in room could also be better (one roof light could help).

Location was good, because we came to go to the Starwars museum which was 5 minutes walk from the hotel.. and only 10 minutes walk from the big shopping center.. View of the castle/abbey across the road.

Room was way too warm when we arrived (outside was 14C- room was 24C!!!). . We ran the airco all night and had the windows open and still it was over 20C in the morning... Second thing, no restaurant on the weekend (for dinner). So we had to order something online so the kids could eat... Third, we did not receive info on the sauna or fitness from the reception...when we booked in.

Good location, not far from the inner city and bars and restaurants. Easy to hop on the bus as well to get out to Borussia Park. Plenty of parking. The coffee machine in the lobby was fantastic. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The property is old and it shows. Everything is fine, it’s just a dates building. Our room was not the cleanest, but it was fine for a guys trip. I would probably not bring my wife and kids.

Loverly hotel to stay at. Facilities were brilliant.

I had an appointment with my colleagues and asked if there was a room free!they said no. I then went to a hotel in the near & they also send no because of the football!!I then went on boking.com and there was a free room!! But the price was extremely high!+the lady from reception was very helpful but the young man wasn't!!I spoke first in German, checking out was also a mess I had to wait 30 minutes.

Exceptional quality and service from a 4 star hotel , that me and a friend who ive known for a long time, stayed in the same place ...amazing beautiful and comfortable, you get a free mini bar in your own room, 10 inch screen TV, lap of luxury size bed, a 🛁 bath as well as a shower 🚿 and fantastic view , the place was most accommodating indeed, plus its now become THE best and only hotel I'd ever visit in both Niederrhein and Mönchengladbach...which says an awful lot....thanks again!

Room clean and in good order. Breakfast was great, both continental and full English choices.

If you had a shower then there was so much water on the floor i had to use towels to wipe it up, as the shower screen was leaking. A minor issue.

Property was clean and overall in good condition. Person at from desk was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing.

Spots on the carpet in main area in our room. Only in the evening there seemed to be a sewage smell…probably because it was hot outside that day. This smell was apparent on the second floor and our room. I’m not sure if odor was present on other floors. Smell seemed to be gone in the morning. Another issue had to do with smokers outside in the front of the hotel. Since it was hot outside the lobby doors were open, and what wind there was blew cigarette smoke into the hotel lobby. People with health issues may have a problem with this. Some people may not mind these things, while others may never tell you about these things and instead hesitate to come back.

We booked this 30mins before we checked as previous opposite the Leonardo was dire. Lovely room, lovely staff, check in was super easy. Room was spacious and bed super comfy. I can’t fault this hotel I’d recommend to everyone. Free hot drinks (in reception area plus tea and coffee in room) and kettle in room.

Absolutely nothing it was a great place to stay at such short notice.

I loved how big the rooms were especially for the price they were really nice, breakfast pancakes and bread was lovely as well! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and kept our stuff safe after we checked out.

The shower was extremely complicated, we pushed all kinds of buttons but to no avail.

The Hotel is in a great location, Staff a very helpful and friendly, clean environment. The design in the Rooms are nice.

There was in our Room a ĺeather couch that looked like it was very old and used, I wouldn't have it in at lease I would hide it under a Blanket oder a cover. It was disappointing when we got into the Room.
