We booked two rooms butane of the codes did not work was so given a different room on a lower floor after comparing each room it was clear the replacement was not as spacious as the one with the correct code, so very disappointed as they weren’t together, on the same floor and the spec was lower.

Having the correct code for the room originally booked and not being moved to a lower level room, that was not as nice as the other one.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. All the amenities were included and sufficient. It was in a great location, and all the information was very easy to access and understand. Will deffenitly be returning again.

The TV was not connecting to the wireless Internet and found this very difficult to connect. It would have been easier if the setting was already done and connected prior to the arrival.

Efficiency with the check in and easy to find, the mini kitchen, cleanness, thank you to Kasia the cleaner, and efficient of heating.

It is difficult to find a place to park which is a show stopper. I hope at least they give options to book also a parking spot for extra cost. The kitchen cooling pans are old and full of scratches, so I had to buy one to fry some eggs.

We had 6 apartments in our group and we all agreed that the beds were super comfortable It was v spacious and a well stocked kitchen. Shower powerful and a very good hair dryer provided.

The location was key. A couple of streets down from center city Gladbach. Within walking distance, you have bus stops and breakfast options.

There is street parking around the hotel itself, but to have parking included would have made this a 10/10 stay. Street parking was sometimes very difficult to find.

Clean, modern, full of amenities like small cooktop, microwave, fridge, and utensils/pots/plates/cups. Very thoughtful details like a large metal fan, cloth bag/tote for groceries, haribo gummies. Comfortable bed, nice shower, windows that vent open, floor to ceiling windows. Easy access with code system, no key to lose or card to demagnetize.

No possibility for early check in, no parking at the property, no luggage hold.

The location was amazing and the self check-in process has been exremly easy. Everything was super clean and the bed was comfortable. Little welcoming present has been also cute.

There were not enough facilities, like in the shower there was no carpet, and it made it very hard to clean the place. Also, there was no vacuum cleaner or broom to clean the place by yourself (which is kinda preference to me).

Rusted tap water outlet in the kitchen that needs to be replaced urgently.

Spacious room, very comfortable, with a kitchenette and all important appliances; It was a very quiet, clean, well maintained place. WiFi is fantastic and fast. We felt really well here and would always book it again!

I cannot think of anything, so I am just going to say that perhaps a hairdryer would be nice to have.

these are really very modern apartments, we liked absolutely everything, for this price you won't find anything like it, free parking in front of the entrance

Unfortunately, Wi-Fi did not work, which made it difficult to stay and watch movies on netlix
