Breakfast served until 10.30.am., however if you take the breakfast at just before they throw you out, with not enough time to eat That was super annoying! One staff was super not nice..one was very nice tho. When we arrived the parking was full and we had to park away from hotel.

Very nice, very clean, modern hotel. Good sized room and good shower room. Lovely, helpful staff. Great breakfast which was excellent value for money and nice breakfast restaurant area. Good vending machine. Close to the main train station with nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Walking distance into the centre - 20 - 25 mins. Good access to buses at the station. Free WiFi. Good place.

Only one English speaking channel on the TV (Sky News International). Immediate surroundings not pretty (but still good location if slightly outside the town centre). Online check-in on a fixed screen in the foyer was fiddly and we needed to call a member of staff to help out in the end, who was friendly and everything with the code system worked well after that. Could've done with an extra pillow but I'm sure the attentive staff would've helped if we'd asked (I was too busy to remember to ask during the day!)

Very nice receptionist. We were stranded due to cancelled trains and she offered to stay a minute longer to register us. The hotel is 5 min walking from the station. Breakfast seemed like a fair treat after getting stranded and it was. Veggy and vegan options, nice atmosphere.

public transportation is not best although its near to the train station, its more to event locations

Breakfast was lovely with a good variety. The beds were really comfortable and the curtains kept out the light. The shower was amazing. The staff were kind, polite and informative. Overall very happy.

I like everything about the hotel

The comfort and the tranquility of the area.

It could easily be a 9 or 10 but during our stay, but the elevator was out of order so we had to carry our baggages up the stairs after a long and tiring drive. But it happens.

We stayed there on the way to Düsseldorf. The hotel is very clean which is important to us. Our room was small but well equipped and quite to sleep well. We had a very good stay there!

Pretty much what you would expect from a B&B hotel. The room was clean and big enough.

The location is okay but not the best
