Breakfast was very good. Sauna was excellent. But Eagan stocks out was the helpful and warm attitude of the front of house staff. They were excellent.

I think you should look at improving dinner options for guests who need to eat in - and in being clearer about these options. I arrived early evening, after travelling from New Zealand (32 hours) and when I went to the restaurant for dinner it was full (staff unhelpful) and as I had no car, and was too tired to go out, I had no meal that evening. Not a good start. Perhaps having room service options or Uber Eats would be beneficial. In all other respects the hotel was excellent! Thank you.

Very cool hotel, particular for football fans! Very modern and futuristic almost! Buttons for everything! Shower was very cool - couldn’t find it to start with 🤣

The air con WOULD NOT cool the room down! And you couldn’t turn it off, so was whirring all night.

Location is great for any truehead football lover. You can look at great football centre from your hotel window and if you are lucky see Borussia Mönchegladbach teams training. Crab a coffee and enjoy the excellent athletes showing exceptional skills.

It's absolutely great hotel at great location however it is a bit too far from train station and airport. Yet you can't have all those things in one place.

Nice hotel. We went for a wedding that was in the stadium, so it was worth staying there. The room was well organised and the style was cool and modern. Comfy beds, nice shower and very spacious. Breakfast was nice and with a lot of variety of food. Staff was very helpful to help us when we arrived, booking a cab to go to the train station, etc. And it was not the case for us, but some of our friends arrived earlier than check-in time and the rooms were already ready and they could enter, which is positive.

TV was smart, but they blocked the access to apps like Netflix, which in my view was negative as there were not many other options for English speakers. Location for us was good, but if you are going for a visit to the main centre of the city, it is a bit far and maybe not the ideal location to stay.

Very clean, smart hotel. Friendly helpful staff and great facilities. Breakfast to suit all tastes. Like the football themed rooms which is done tastefully.

No desk and chair to do evening work. Just a small movable table and a sofa / window seat.

The staff perform professionally according to the guests' needs and expectations. The breakfast is good quality and delicious. The location of the hotel is interesting with the stadium and the shops nearby.

The staff is really great and helpful, specially the people at the reception desk. The hotel is quite, nice and modern. The rooms are quiet to relax. There is a parking area in front of the hotel.

The breakfast is fine but not spectacular. Maybe would be nice if they label the products.

good location if you're going to watch the match the room is clean, bu I was scarred the human picture on the wall when mid-night step out the wash room :( breakfast is good.

if there is a drape on the bath room wall would be much better

The room and the hotel was amazing, I couldn't find a single issue with anything here, the breakfast was very nice the room was perfect very modern too, staff were very friendly too, lots going on around the hotel due to the football stadium but absolutely brilliant stay.

Excellent staff , clean hotel , great room , warm and comfortable . Great Breakfast also . Even though i ate late (around 10 am) the food was fresh , full trays and not dry or limited as you sometimes get with Hotels as the breakfast hours nears its end
