A lovely hotel which suited our needs perfectly as we were driving from Sweden to England and needed to break the journey as we had our two dogs with us. The staff were so friendly and accommodating so we decided to book the hotel for our return journey.

This hotel is located outside Muenster, but only a short drive from the centre of Muenster. We enjoyed the size of the room and a very big bathroom. We had a room on the backside of the hotel and it was very quiet. We enjoyed our dinner's and breakfast in the restaurant. Very friendly staff. Free parking at the hotel premises.

I absolutely delighted with the hotel and the service. The level of reception support is incredible. The location is just perfect - near the public transport and in the very center of the city. Will definetely choose this hotel in the futue. Check-in and check-out process is smooth.

Really great hotel and restaurant. This was simply an overnight stay on a long car journey but I hope we can return again. Location is a quiet and very pleasant small town / suburb to Munster. Hotel staff very friendly and the restaurant was excellent.

Very good value for money, with easy access to the motorway and direct bus to Centre of Muenster city. We arrived later than expected, but staff were there to meet us. Lift to upper floors.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Comfy beds, friendly restaurant staff, good shower! This was a short stop on our way, but we got a good night’s rest. Also a great area nearby for waking our dog.

We chose this hotel because we are traveling with our dog. Being summer, we had no issue sitting outside, but it’s always a little disappointing when it says “dog friendly”, but you’re not allowed to bring your dog inside the restaurant/breakfast area. However, they don’t charge anything extra for dogs, which is nice and considerate!

Nice continental breakfast with cereal yoghurt. Not a massive spread but very good quality.

Could have done with a menu in English as my German is not fantastic!

It was easy to find. The staff were friendly. It was very clean and breakfast was included. Having an on-site restaurant was very handy for travellers.

The beds were not very comfortable for a couple. There was no tea/ coffee making facilities in the rooms

Receptionist and restaurant staff speak perfect English, which is very helpful if you German isn't so good. Great restaurant and very clean and comfortable rooms
