The reception was open all night, for example to get an extra pillow. The mattress was good the pillows less good. The room was well equipped and decent sized. It was very clean. The bathroom was nice and big.

It can be a bit hard to find on the one way street. The parking fills up quickly. We had to pay an extra fee for the dog. Breakfast was also overpriced, we did not get it.

Overall, it was a good hotel for an overnight stay - very friendly staff, decent breakfast, great location and a parking available upon arrival.

The bed and a pillow were really uncomfortable - you could feel springs and the bed made squeaky noises every time you moved, and the pillow was extremely soft, like there was no filling inside.

We stayed for a night, it was absolutely suitable and comfortable for our family. The room was simple, but absolutely clean. The location is a bit outside of the city, but there is a big mall nearby, where you can do any shoppings. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The aircon was a bit noisy, but was happy at least it worked!

Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Special arrangements made to start breakfast at 3am for Challenge Roth triathletes was very much appreciated. Option to NOT have room made up was good in return for drinks vouchers.

Limited parking, but always managed to find a space. In room tea / coffee sachets were insufficient but reception provided additional upon request.

Great location (less than 5 mins to the nearest U-Bahn station), excellent cleanliness, friendly staff and a lovely restaurant that from the outside looked empty but when you walk in, is a lovely large/inviting restaurant with great food options.

Easy access to the city with fhe underground near by. Shops and bakery are 2 minutes away.

The internet doesn’t work in the room at all. We had to be close to the elevator where the rooter was.

A little far out from the main town but the metro is very close to the hotel.

Overall a very good experience. Friendly staff, good rooms, and environment. Good and extensive breakfast. Perfect WIFI. Sufficient good restaurants in the neighborhood.

The room was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. Great location next to the train station.

The poor wi-fi is my only complaint. I just used my phone hot spot instead which did work well.
