Good hotel for a family on the road with kid-friendly facilities like an outdoor pool (1,40 meter deep, not heated) and a playing area near the check in and restaurant suitable for 2-5 year olds, plus a generous breakfast selection featuring pancakes... Rooms are air conditioned but you can also open the window. Our room with a sofa bed was large enough for 2 smaller kids so as a family of four we could share the same room which very welcome – no need to book 2 separate rooms this way. Due to its location, the hotel is ideal for a stopover night when crossing Germany with kids. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Outdoor parking directly in front of the building for 13 EUR / night extra which I think is fair although the parking is not really secured in any way.

The bed felt a bit too springy for my liking. Toys in the common playing area in the foyer should be replaced or at least cleaned. The restaurant felt a bit understaffed for a Saturday night on a bank holiday long weekend but the staff did their very best to help everyone. Breakfast selection was great in general, especially for the price, except for the scrambled eggs which looked and tasted somehow weird. I imagine travelers withouth families might find the general atmosphere a bit too chaotic due to all the children.

We stayed in this hotel to race at Challenge Roth Triathlon. The friendliness and the nothing is a problem attitude of the staff really made this stay for us. They allowed us to store our bike boxes away from the room. The room was a little small but very clean and comfortable. Great bar, restaurant with a limited menu but they opened breakfast very early before the race and the chef stayed late and cooked us a meal after our race which was extremely kind. The little pool and outdoor seating was an excellent addition.

It was a little far from the race, especially without a car. There were several athletes staying there, it might have been a good idea to put on some kind of transportation to the venue

Good location, easy access from outside by car and very convenient to go to the city center by metro. Big family rooms. Breakfast was good with big variety.

Although the parking fee was not that high, it could be free of charge for the hotel customers considering the location outside the city center. The breakfast area was over crowded for n the morning. It looked too small for the amount of the customers. Scrambled eggs was not good. The rooms need some renovation to more modern standards.

It was the christmas market time and the hotel had a small but nice space with toys prepared for kids close to the eating (breakfast, dininig..etc) area, it was also close to the lobby bar...so as adults we had relaxed meals as our 6 year old played with other kids after finishing her meal.

It would have been nice if they had some international TV channels or netflix.etc. for families like us who are not fluent in German. Also while the breakfast is really good, the dinner a la carte menu is rather limited and not very international.

A clean hotel with a modern equipment. Tasty breakfast with some local treats like diverse sausages. Good WiFi signal pretty much everywhere. No waiting time at breakfast even on busy hours. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Paid car park. Too many (maybe 80%) of families with little children make your breakfast a disaster if you want a bit of relaxing time in the morning. You get virtually encircled by a loud mess, no matter what time you come. Kids screaming from other rooms, from the outside,everywhere.So if you are on a business trip or a couple looking for some romantic moments, think twice if this is your choice. Getting to a U-Bahn station is quite a walk.

Loved that they made up so many beds for us. Especially the girls loved to have each their own. The food was great and the pool, although a bit cold, was nice.

Blinds instead of the curtain would have been nice. More healthy food options in the restaurant would have been nice but the pasta was delicious

Quick access to the hotel, good for a stopover during a journey. Tasty breakfasts, quite a good restaurant.

The hotel is quite old, and unfortunately it shows. The room’s window faced the parking lot at the eye level of passers-by, so it had to be kept covered to maintain privacy. Paid parking.

Hotel has a good location for passing through, with a surprisingly decent restaurant, pool (albeit very cold) and parking available at the property. Also, very good value for money.

Only one EV charging spot (which was taken), so an easy opportunity to improve with additional chargers.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from Metro station. Excellent for moving around with public transportation. Free parking next to the hotel.

Stuff were rather rude. Ok ,we were early to check in but nonetheless we were just seeking information and to leave the car.
