The apartment is situated within a short walking distance from the centre. The apartment itself is in a quiet area and the kitchen is up to a very high standard with all the utensils you need even for a longer stay. The bed is super comfy and the bedding provided is first-rate and smelt very fresh. The apartment itself is amazing and well laid out. There are shutters in the bedroom which block out any sunlight, so important if you like to sleep in a totally darkened room. The check-in instructions were very clear and the process could not have been easier. You do need to register via a link but in my case it took less than 2 minutes. WiFi is available throughout the building, so if for any reason you do not have internet you can always use the WiFi of the building to register and open the door to your apartment. An added bonus is the spacious parking bay in the underground garage or in the courtyard depending on the apartment you are assigned. No hassle on leaving as the secure gate can be opened by pushing a button. For a stay in Erlangen look no further!

Nice, spacious and modern apartment. Well equipped. Everything was clean and functional.

You must have their app and phone with Internet, if not, you will not open any door, even the gate - this will be nice to know in advance Noice - close to main street, you can't sleep with open window. You can also hear your neighbours- especially from bedroom.... Impossible to make departure later, even that officially it's in offer - answer per E-Mail was that hotel is full, not true, only 4 rooms were occupied, hotel was almost empty.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There is everything you need, even a kitchenette and a huge TV. It's cool that a balcony exists, even though the view wasn't that great (the backyard with trash cans) but if you get the other side or upper floors, it must be wonderful to have a balcony. The checkin was wonderful, everything works smoothly online.

The location is slightly off. It's in the suburb of Erlangen. However, it only takes 13 minutes to walk to Erlangen which is not bad at all. And if you take the buses, it will be even faster. Another thing is about checking in. For me, it's entire fine. However, I can imagine how difficult it would be for people who don't have a smartphone, or who don't have batteries/ internet connection when checking in, or who are not good at using phones.

Mainly all info were in German... Not good service for another nationalities. I had to do check in by using german language, what i dont speak. After that i was able to choose language and use key kode in english. Also, key system sucks. Doors are super slow, and didnt always locked. I would be worried with main door, it stayed opened... And room was dusty and another persons disches were in dishwasher!!

Really nice and very comfy...the place is clean, enough space and you can find everything you need during the stay...

We does n`t know that we have to download the app and then we will be able to enter the property as there is all the smart system installed....I was after long journey and my battery was on 14%...I almost gave up and slept in a car...with no mobile data and battery charged is impossible to get in.

A nice smart hotel. Gate, main entrance and room door open from your mobile device. We arrived 10 minutess before midnight, had a bit of an issue with gate openning but that was our unattentiveness after the long trip and the customer service assisted us by sorting the issue out swiftly. We had 2 rooms with mini kitchen that even was equipped with a dishwasher, pretty good for 130 EUR in Bavaria for 4 persons.

We lacked air conditioner as the weather was quite hot.

The apartment block is a new build, around a 20 minute walk to the station. The apartment was bigger than I expected, lots of room ! There was even an mini ironing room. There is a gym in the basement, however this needs some work. But it was nice to have it at least. I had to call the apartments offices as there was not an apartment number for me through the website which you have to check in with. However, when I called the offices, the gentleman was super helpful and kind !

The stove in the kitchen was not working properly at all. It turned on and then it took a long time to turn it off which could be quite dangerous. I then went to use it again the next day but it did not even turn on. The gym needs some work. The floor is quite dirty with some mould in places. The weight machine is not fixed to the floor either which is a major hazard.

The location was perfect, near my friend’s place. Checking in was easy, and the water pressure in the shower was FANTASTIC. The bed provided a great night’s sleep, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. While our stay was brief, it left a positive impression, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again in the future.

The Apartment has everything you need and has comfortable beds.

Everything works with your phone, opening doors, checking in, opening the garage door. It is not something I dislike. It's nor very personal but something I consider quite interesting and definitely the future. It works perfectly, and if you don't figure it out there is staff available for you on the phone to help you out.

Great location and just perfect room for a short stay. Everything is available, it also had a small kitchen space to make coffee or some easy snacks.

The access to the room was not easy to crack. The link which was sent after confirming, had problems and didn't function properly. I had booked two rooms and the link for each individual room could not redirect to the connected room correctly. It took a lot of time to figure this out, otherwise everything else was good
