We have stayed here quite a few times before and it has always been "satisfactory/good". But I think maybe there has been some refurb work done since our last stay. The room we had this time was very much nicer than the previous ones (I don't believe we were upgraded). It was much more modern with a very, very, nice bathroom. Shower water flow was impressive. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet, couldn't hear any planes at all. But, the biggest surprise was the breakfast. This was probably amongst the 2 or 3 best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. Cooked items in particular were very tasty, fresh and really good quality. Staff were lovely. A great surprise and definitely the nicest eating in the entire Airport facility!

Nicely appointed room. Perfect location for quick and easy access into Terminal 2 and early flights.

I arrived about 3 hours earlier than the published check-in time. There were empty rooms available at the time. I know this because I was offered an early check-in for an additional 50 Euro. I checked out 3+ hours before the check-out time the next morning. Don't see why they couldn't have been more accommodating with the early check-in since a room was available and just laid empty until check-in time. They got the time back with the early check-out. I thought it was cheap, nearsighted and had the appearances of a shabby small time shake down.

The hotel is super fancy and lovely, with its impressive atrium and palm trees. The bar area is lovely. The room was fabulous. The staff were very friendly.

My goodness, it was expensive for a family room (£320 for one night, and we were there for about 8hrs) The pool was closed when we were there, for some sort of maintenance. We had chosen the hotel because of the pool. I thought it was poor we weren't offered something to compensate for this - a reduction in the room price for example. A stealth deposit is taken at check-in. I thought I had been overcharged, but they had simply not explained about taking the deposit. The hotel was harder to find than I thought it would be, which was a bit of a pain late at night with tired kids.

Absolutely loved the pool with the little bar - and my daughter used the fitness center. The rooms were spacious. Loved being able to leave my luggage at the reception. We took an overnight trip to Regensburg. Breakfast was a good value. A la carte menu.

Dinner was ridiculous expensive. Ordered the white asparagus special but was not given the specials menu - but assumed that for 5 spears of asparagus - the cost would be about 10 Euros. The bill came for the dinner and asparagus were 26 Euros. I thought it was a typo. I would caution folks to make sure you get the right menus and all the menus as the prices for dinner seem to be outrageous.

Convenient location, right outside the terminal. Rooms are comfortable and very large with a great seating and table area. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is large. There is a well-stocked supermarket just outside that opens at 5.30am and closes at 10am. Don't pay the price for the extortionate breakfast. Pop outside and you can buy all the fresh fruit, yoghurt and pastries you want and enjoy in your room.

There's a weird sensor-activated light that's beside each side of the bed so even if you make the slightest movement you throw the room into light. We had to place a hotel slipper over this to stop it happening.

Room is clean and new and relatively large size (especially helpful when you need to repack and reorganize everything after a week long day roadtrip). Check in and check out is simple and easy. Hotel location is great where both Terminal 1 and 2 are within walking distance so especially useful for late arrivals or early departure. Lots of shops and food options nearby in the terminal areas.

We drove our rental car to the hotel with the intention to drop off the luggage then return the car. When following the sign posts, it sent us to the parking garage, which incurs EUR3-4 per hour regardless of duration. Google maps didn't navigate us to the hotel "drop off" area easily so do be careful when you drive yourself to the hotel to avoid parking garage charges.

The bedding is excellent! I wish I could have them at home! the Room is spacious, clean and modern. The lighting system is very smart easy to control when rest in the bed. The welcoming water is good enough for a night stay over. Breakfast is not complimentary yet very worth the money. good selection, good quality food and good flavor. the location is super especially im taking with Lufthansa super close!

I was cut in the line by a guest behind me and the staff didn't do anything about it. the check in line was little long, and I was not too sure if im eligible for the prime line. wish to have someone coordinated the check in line when there is a long line.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the restroom was also spacious and clean. The shower was great. The location was perfect as we had early flights the next day. The staff were kind and helpful. They arranged the mobility service to pick us up as we had elderly people with mobility difficulties. We had a short but wonderful stay.

The signage from the airport to the hotel was a bit confusing, especially on the main square. We ended up arriving at the reception from the parking lot instead of the main entrance. But maybe we were not paying enough attention. We couldn't try the breakfast because our flights were too early. Other than that, we had a nice time and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for my meeting at the airport convention center – everything was well organized and easily accessible. The Business Center team was especially friendly and helpful, making preparations smooth and stress-free. Direct access to the airport terminal and a connected parking garage were a big plus. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of fresh options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or looking for comfort near the airport.

The only downside was that check-in felt a bit inefficient and slower than expected.
