I have stayed here numerous times and have always been satisfied! Friendly reception and wait staff. I love that the rooms are accessible by elevator (for those of us with mobility issues), are spacious and comfortable. The shower stall in my room could use a re-caulking, but I didn't get a chance to speak with the reception due to an early flight. Otherwise, the hotel has everything I need. A pleasant restaurant for dinner and an excellent breakfast. I also park my car for the duration of my trip. There are a few options available, just ask. The shuttle is a base price of €12 per room/one way. The shuttle drivers are courteous, punctual and helpful with bags.

Good!! …. But … the arrangements for meeting the shuttle service at the airport could have been a lot easier. As it was, and after the first call to say we were ready, we were asked to go to a specific bus stop in the terminal area. After asking directions from 4 different passers-by, and getting conflicting stories, we eventually found the bus stop. (Very poor signage at the airport). This whole process took more than half an hour of dragging luggage here & there. A simple map or clear directions sent to us when we made the booking would have been more effective.

Staff greeting was exceptional, providing unreasonable hospitality. Helpful, fluent, and empathetic to needs. Room 201 was small but met expectations. Airport shuttle was very fast and accommodating, guiding where to go, since property shares the shuttle with Runas Hotel. Amazing basement filled with sauna and exercise room. I wish I could have explored the area, as it seemed to be in a very friendly neighborhood with people enjoying the cool evening air with quiet music and conversations.

Room 201 was a bit small, with only German dubbed channels on the television. No A/C, but the rooftop windows and ceiling fan cooled things quickly. The toiletries in the bathroom could have been a bit more accommodating as my urgent travel caused for a lack thereof. In-room refrigerator was great; a selection of beverages could have made shopping from the vending machine less cumbersome. Maybe have a bigger vending selection?

Nice hotel. Newish decor in good condition. Coffee and tea facilities on arrival is bonus you don't always get. Price very good and 5am shuttle to airport was faultless only 15 minutes.

Lost a point because it does require getting up that little bit earlier to get to the airport and public transport requires a bus after the train and a short walk for the bus stop. OK for me and I expected from the good description of the hotel but might be problematic for others.

Everything was perfect! Very delicious food in the restaurant as well and very friendly staff. The only minor issue was that the remote control to the TV only worked on one channel. Maybe i didn't know how to work it, but I couldn't manage to change the channels at all, so You Tube on my phone to the rescue! The room was really clean and warm and the bed was very comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was on time and perfect! Great location! Quiet street and peaceful guest house!

The hotel complex itself is very cozy - old houses divided by greenery, adding to that is it being owned by horse polo family team, making it a special place. Our room was very good for a week stay: big table for work, nice beds, teapot, tray and THE QUEEN HERSELF: a full scale bath. Everything was very clean, lighting was very ambient.

Location issue is obvious, so I wouldn't count it as a minus. We came by car, but considering parking problems and traffic jams in the city, there was a question what is better to use to get to Munich. Public transport option is a bit complicated: first take a bus to S-Bahn station and then take train to the city. Or take a 5km ride to station and leave car there on parking for 1euro.

The old lady at the reception needs to learn how to be nice while talking. No one travels all the way to your country to deal with your racist attitude. She granted all the Germans before me early 10 min entry & when i entered the reception, she had this attitude & told me to wait 5 minutes. However, the other young lady was nice enough with dealing. With all due respect, if you hate customers asking too many questions, might as well hang a board saying "Kein fRagE biTTe" Vielen Dank!

We needed to stay close to the airport for our flight the next day. This hotel's location was perfect for that. Not too far from the airport yet still a nice quaint location. We got a very good price on our one night stay, and sometimes when a property has a much lower price than other properties it makes me concerned that it's a little junkie. However, that was not the case here. It might be slightly minimalist, but it was a very nice facility and a nice location. The room was exactly what we needed, and the bathroom was really nice. It seems hard to find an actual bathtub in a lot of these hotels, so this property having a bathtub in the bathroom was really nice! Both the room and the bathroom were fairly big, especially for European standards.

The only thing that threw us a little was that the reception desk was in a different building and we had to leave our building to go find it. Not a big deal, we just didn't know that when we showed up. It was just right across the parking lot.

I was looking for a hotel close to the airport with an early shuttle. Their shuttle starts at 3 a.m., so it was perfect for me. A restaurant is connected, and you don't have to search for food after arrival. The bed was comfortable, and the elevator was working.

The only thing I would change is the reception in the restaurant. Everyone has to go into the restaurant with their luggage and then back to the other house. The place is small and not even. It would be better to have the reception in the hotel building. A small bottle of water in the room would be also nice.

I missed my flight at Munich Airport, so had to find an immediate hotel for the night. This hotel had an available room for a decent price and it was very close to the airport. The hotel staff was very efficient, ate able to help me navigate the airport to stand in the right station for the shuttle and sent a driver to pick me up from the airport asap. The room was basic, but clean and in good shape.

There is a TV with many many channels. All ONLY in German. I feel like it's safe to assume that a hotel located by a big international Airport might have a tourist stopping by every now and then... 🤔 So it would be nice to possibly have a few options shown in an international language..
