Location is amongst a cluster of airport hotels reached by shuttle bus. There is a modest fare for using the shuttle bus, paid from hotel to airport only. Nice Italian restaurant just across the road from the hotel. The hotel room also featured a built-in mobile phone recharging hotspot on the desk ... no plugs or leads required. First time I've seen this at a hotel. Really useful.

The name of the property on the booking paperwork is 'Prize by Radisson', but on the building it is branded as 'Prizeotel'. I was unsure whether to get off the shuttle bus there or not ... I had to check with the driver. Given that so many airports have hotels with broadly similar names to each other, I would recommend that this property decides on one name and makes sure that the property name on the booking matches the signs on the hotel itself.

It’s super close to the airport and perfect if you have to catch about early flight. Rooms are basic but clean and comfy. Hotel lobby is spacious and nice.

It wasn’t clear to me that the shuttle is not included in the price. Would be nice to mention that. Also, it only runs until 10.30am and then again from 5pm which is a bit inconvenient if you have a flight during that time.

-The gentleman who checked me in did an outstanding job. Efficient, courteous, and explained everything in detail. He also doubled as bartender. He is a valuable team member. -When cheching-out, your employee so kindly informed me that a cup of free coffee was available. The coffee was not really very hot (more warm than anything), she steamed it to a more correct temperature. Excellent customer service. She also guided me to the airport shuttle bus. Awesome 👌!

-There was only one pillow. Because of nasal drip, I have to sleep on a slant, so everything drains without choking me. I normally use the additional pillows to prop me up. Perhaps make customers aware of additional pillows, even if there is a fee. -The shower door, although closed, leaked water onto the bathroom floor. Half of the floor mat was soaked. May want to get that fixed. Just FYI. -Following check-in, I ordered a Radaberger Pils. The keg was empty. No problem, I ordered a Späten bier. Then I ordered a Jameson off the menu board. There was none. Instead I ordered a Jack Daniel's whiskey, which tasted more like Tullamore Dew. Just FYI. It sounded more like the last shift did not restock before departing.

Great hotel for short stay. We were there for two nights. Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Warm clean rooms, very peaceful all night. God location near München Airport, stores, highway and petrol station. Big parking, breakfast and wending machines with drinks and snacks.

Slippers in room would be nice and parking is not free for guests, 12 Eur a day. But this is sadly normal today by all hotels near airports.

Great place for the price. There is good free Wi-Fi, a 24 hour bar, 24 hour reception and even underfloor heating in the bathroom. The TV was large and had channels in English. The bus to the airport was very efficient, even at 5am. I came from Munich Hauptbahnhof, not the airport, and it was easy to get to Hallbergmoos on the S-Bahn and then get a bus, which stopped at the end of the road the hotel is on.

I tried to check in using the kiosk but found that the passport number field would only take 8 characters. British passports have 9 character numbers! Then I couldn't cancel the process, so my personal details were showing on the screen. However, the guy at reception was very helpful, he fixed it and then checked me in.

we used this hotel for an overnight stop after arriving into Munich airport in the evening and before onward travel to Austria. I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and the price which was value for money. It's a budget hotel that's comfortable with a 24hr reception and a little self service shop for snacks and drinks. the breakfast is continental and was what we'd expected.

The transfer from the airport to the hotel is via a private bus and is 10 euro per person each way so factor in an additional 40 euro per couple for both way transfers and the breakfast a 16 euro per person seems a bit pricey too. PS we couldn't find the shuttle bus on our arrival into Munich (we were at the wrong terminal), so we chose to take a taxi which cost 30 euros.

Close to München Flughafen, and easy enough to reach via train and bus. Very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, pleasant staff, sufficient options at 24hr self-service kiosk with snacks, drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), and small handy items for electronics e.g. cables, chargers, etc.

Clearer instructions or even a simple sign on the street to say "Airport shuttle departure point" would've been helpful, as it wasn't clear from the signs throughout the hotel where that was, and had to go back & double check with the staff where I was meant to stand. It would be good to have a menu or even QR code with the bar menu in the bedrooms. The shower was hot but water pressure barely there, the water just sort of dribbled down, no matter which way you adjusted the showerhead.

The location was very convenient, as I had an early flight. The shuttle made it easy to get to the airport without any hassle. Reception was very kind and always happy to help, I needed to print a document and they did it without a problem. The very reasonable price made it excellent value for money. I will definitely come back next time I have another flight.

Perhaps the design of the room I would change, something less bright pink. I’d probably also recommend having a phone in the room, for any communication needed with reception. Besides that everything was great.

Simple, slightly worn budget hotel not far from airport. Everything as expected. Good deal for the price. We were only hunkered down for a long layover, so our stay was only 6 hours long.

Furnishings quite sparse & somewhat sterile. Hallway walls marked with skidmarks. However, the room seemed to have been kept up well, even the bathroom, though it shows some age. The biggest problem is poor connection to airport - S bahn plus several bus stops or 25+ euros for a taxi. No hotel bus, despite the fact that 5-6 hotels are in this area.
