The hotel is obviously designed to be convenient for an airport stay. With that being said it is surprisingly inconvenient to get there from the airport. We ended up taking a train to Hallbergmoos as we arrived outside of the "shuttle hours". Having missed the bus we decided to walk. This turned out to be a 1.5h/5km hike with luggage thanks to having no data for Google Maps and some great directions from a local (maybe not as local as we thought). The hotel is at the edge of an industrial area. We took a taxi to the airport the following day, which was still a decent drive. Everything I care about in a hotel was excellent - the staff, the beds (really nice, best sleep I had all holiday). The rooms are properly quiet. The breakfast buffet was nice with enough choices to be pleasant for an extended stay. I couldn't care less about the view from the room. Our room just overlooked the carpark out front.

A better description for people who don't arrive by car would be helpful, including some signs at the Hallbergmoos train station and bus stop, and the shortest way to walk (through the fields).

Clean room and good breakfast

Unfortunately we had a delay landing in Muc, so we arrived at the shuttle bus stop around 10.15pm, we tried for an hour to contact the hotel both by phone and by email to get information: no one ever answered us! At the end we took a taxi. When we arrived at the desk, the employee answered my complaints curtly: we are busy....

Very clean, comfortable hotel with a wonderful breakfast.

The location was farther from the airport than we expected. The shuttle schedule was unusual, and it would be more convenient if the timeframes were extended.

Basically I liked everything about my stay at this hotel - location - only 10 min from the airport, shuttle bus every 30 minutes. You don’t have to bother about payment, it is added to your hotel bill - six euro if I remember right. Very friendly and helpful staff, I asked them for a toothbrush and received a set of a toothbrush, organic toothpaste and a dry body deo. The room was very quiet, spacious and very clean. The bed was really comfortable. In the room you can find a hair dryer, water boiler with ness coffee, cream and sugar. Breakfast was included in the price. There was a really rich and nice buffet with tasty food - eggs, stewed vegetables, fruit, various kinds of bread, juices. I can’t really think of anything that was not well during my very short stay. One more thing. Before taking the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel I wrote an email to the hotel asking where I could take the shuttle bus from. They responded very quickly.

Probably for the first time (I have spent a big part of my life in hotels) - I can’t think of anything that I was not happy with.

Inexpensive, clean accommodation. Good breakfast. Would stay again.

The bus shuttle services several hotels in Hallbergmoos and possibly elsewhere every 30 min. The shuttle runs from 4:40 am to 10:10 am and from 5:10 pm to 10:10 pm. To use it, a ticket for 6 EUR has to be purchased at the hotel reception, even if transferring from the airport to the hotel. In my case, nobody cared whether I owned a ticket or not. Furthermore, it was unclear where at the airport the bus would depart. The hotel had advised bus stop number 6 which did not exist because of works.

Hotel in a good location, easy to get to via transfer bus from the airport. Very comfortable rooms with everything you need to work and rest. Great shower!!

Staff were not always very helpful or happy. The manager seemed more than willing to help but staff were less than happy, especially when I asked to cancel a room for a colleague and move his stay to the next night. They refused due to their cancellation policy, which I understand but this is not good customer service - I will think twice about booking this hotel again due to this reason.

We were happy we decided to stay near the airport the night before we left to return to the States. The shuttle to the airport was a on time and the driver was helpful. The rooms were comfortable and hotel vibe was relaxing, it was a great way to start the transition from our travels and the excitement of Oktoberfest to heading home. The breakfast was enjoyable and the food selections were plentiful. It was also a great value. Thank you. PS: It is funny how the comforts of home can excite you. Seeing face cloths in the bathroom of our hotel room, had us all smiling. We had brought our own but after a few days, they did not feel clean enough and were hard from air drying. Nice touch! Comfortable and quiet room, and I had a restful night of sleep; nice and helpful staff; very good breakfast buffet. I recommend the hotel and will book again when I go through Munich Airport.

Unfortunately, the shuttle never showed on my arrival night, and I ended up taking a taxi with another one of the guests waiting for the shuttle. The hotel staff apologized, was very understanding, and offered free shuttle service to return to the airport the next morning. There were no shuttle issue in the morning!!

the attention of the staff. I'm autistic and I arrived later than expected and completely tired, and almost unable to communicate at that point. The staff was great and super patient with me, the girls from the bar made me a quick salad and gave me some basil for my bunny, the breakfast was adecuate. i arranged the shuttle to the airport the next day and they even waited for me when I was late for it because my luggage indeed broke. They also kept my medicine in their fridge as it needed to stay cold. my only regret is that I was too tired to actually enjoy my stay, wish I could have stayed longer!

not exactly their fault, but my luggage was already faulty and it was difficult to drag the luggage through the carpet. also there was an error on the information of the facilities (booking.com said on the website there were vending machines in the facility, which I was counting on since I have an insulin issue and I was going to arrive late due to an issue with the train and I knew I would not make it on time for the restaurant to be open. This could have been really bad for me since my remaining option would have been ordering out (probably at a much higher price)

It was a great and comfortable hotel with friendly staff, a nice bed, clean bathroom. The breakfast looked good as well but I had to leave early for the airport so could not stay and only grabbed a sandwich and coffee.

I only stayed there because of a missed connection due to a delayed Lufthansa flight late in the evening. I was hardly the only one affected so when I arrived to the hotel already around midnight there was a big queue waiting at check-in. But there's not much the hotel could have done about it - they tried to process everyone as fast as they could.
