Across from the therme but a room-type with a separate bedroom that worked better for our party of 3. Balconies on all rooms. Helpful front desk staff. Basic hotel without all the extra features and decorations of the main building across the parking lot.

No AC; no dishes, even forks or spoons in the room. A complicated checkout and deposit process (and extra charge) was needed just for basic kitchen items. A single thin pillow per person.

This hotel is near the aquapark which is the main attraction. But we saw a lot of bike paths in the area, so bike trips can be a good way to diversify a stay. The room was quiet and the breakfast really rich.

If we order a room with a kitchenette, it is not equipped, there are no cups nor spoons. We had to order extra for equipment and pay, but not much. It is a shame that the hotel does not have an agreement with the aquapark so that its guests who buy a day pass can leave the aquapark and come back without having to buy new tickets.

This property couple minutes walk to Erding Therme , room is clean, decent size, good breakfast

Specially thank you to Aurelia Kolcz , she was able to change our room from the one by the entrance, which way very loud and disturbing,impossible to sleep ,to the better one on another side of hotel Specially, not thank you to Florian who’s previously refused to do so for us

The highlight of the show...being accross from therme erding. Especially if your kids are tired after a day at erding.

While not that aparent, but you have to pre boom your crockery for the kitchen in advance. We only figured that one out the day of our departure.

clean, nicely furnished. good blackout curtains for kids. delicious breakfast.

Although there is a basic kitchen have to pay extra for any crockery or cutlery. would have been happy to pay but we weren’t told. No air conditioning.

The food is good!

I only concern is the room is too hot at night till in the middle of the night we need to open our door in the balcony and then mosquito is coming in side the room... Rooms there's no Air con or Electric fan we have two rooms and both of them is to hot.

Gastehaus is Close to the Therme and lots of good fun in the water there. We went to Erding market platz from the bus right out front! Great spot to enjoy a new town and fun in the sun!

There was no air flow in the apartment and the temperature was hot. Not the hotels fault, but a fan or something to move the air would be nice. Also, no kitchen ware in the room, which was expected for an apartment rental.

Very close to Therme and 10 mins walk from the s-bahn connecting to Erding and Munich. Room was nice and breakfast was great. The staff were very helpful and stored our luggage while we visited Therme.

It would have been great to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There are no shops nearby so it would have been nice to be able to make a drink when we arrived.

Great breakfast, right next door to the Therme. The room was spacious and very clean, everything looked like new. The staff was really friendly. A great place to stay if you want to spend time at Therme Erding for a affordable price.

Excellent location. Great free parking. The bed was just perfect. Bathroom the perfect size. Breakfast was excellent.

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't stay longer. I had to go to work. Maybe a kettle was missing.
