This is our second time at the property (6 years ago we stayed there). Room was spotless and the full breakfast was lovely to wake up to. Staff were friendly and attentive. Check in and check out was a breeze thanks to the attentive staff. Location was perfect. An easy 4km walk into the very pretty Erding and the 5-10 min walk to the S2 station at Aufhausen made access to Munich very simple.

At times the housekeeping staff were working to their schedule as opposed to what the guests’ preferences. A few occasions we were negotiating a time for making up the room according to the house staff’s schedule. Not a big problem. On 2 occasions the front desk staff were ‘direct’ however this was the exception to the rule (and it helped smooth the waters my wife speaks German). Beyond these 2 interactions the front desk team were FAMTASTIC !!!!!

The breakfast was excellent—there was a lot to choose from even when you didn't eat meat. The hotel has cozy, warm designs. It's a bit old-school, and it's probably focused on older clients, but it felt good there. We checked in after midnight, and the staff guided us over the phone to where the keys were and how to get to our room before we arrived—very good English communication.

The bathroom and WC were separated only by some glass doors, so you felt like you were in the same room as the person in the bathroom. The ventilation lid fell randomly at one point during our stay.

Friendly staff and helpful on all matters. They have a an external safe system that makes it possible to check in out of hours. Extremely useful if you have to arrive at night. Nice sauna but is underused. Good parking facilities. Have stayed here many times and will return.

It is an out of town location but good if this is where you want to be.

I did rate the hotel at highest rate because of the exceptional service provided when Munich airport closed down because of heavy snowfall. I arrived literally in the middle of the night in Erding from an overcrowded, no available taxi, Munich airport. I was left by the bus at 5 km distance. I called the reception and the manager was very kind to come and pick me up, in the middle of the night, through snow and bad weather. I was really impressed!

It would have been nice to have some tea/coffee maker in the room. The bedlinen and bathrobe should be more cared for (bedlinen was permanently stained, and the bathrobe was kind of worn out).

Great hotel for vacation, we lived at apartments so no noice was coming from the road. Apartments are new, made in chalet style, room service is every day. If I have a chance will visit it again.

The hotel and the room were very clean and well maintained. Helpful and kind staff at the reception. The breakfast was very good, lots of variaties.

There is no bar in the afternoon or evening, you can't have a cup of coffee or some alcoholic drinks. However, right next to the hotel there is an excellent italian restoran, so it isn't much of a problem.

Half of building is a restaurant and bar. Many people outside of building talking drunk loud, and smoking below our bedside window. Tough when we have a smoke free room as the whole Hotel is, but no air conditioning and therefore tough to sleep before 12:15 am.

Some bits showing their wear (minor wall cracks, toilet button sometimes failing to action/de-action) but only minor nuissances.

Extremely clean, very good breakfast, close to a supermarket, pharmacy in case of any emergencies. Area very quite and not so far from the airport.

Reception closes at 8pm, so if flight is delayed or you have a late flight you cannot access the room. On booking.com one has the option to inform about arrival time including late ones but I got feedback about the opening hours of the reception only after I had done the booking. Luckily a colleague of mine was at the hotel and she took care of the check in. Maybe an alternative can be offered for late arrivals like a pin no to access the hotel with details of the room no and the key will be available on the reception desk.

All good! Great breakfast, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. It is located at 30-40 min walk to Therme and City center. We came by train and we had a 3 min walk to the hotel. Thanks for the hospitality!
