Breakfast was nice, restaurant stuff was great

While we were resting in the room, twice cleaning service opened our door, and it was in the afternoon, to take the kettle to be cleaned,.so cleaning lady opened the door with "sorry sorry " words and put here arm inside to take the kettle, even though she realized we were resting and being quiet because of the baby who was sleeping I found this unacceptable In the family room, pull out sofa is really dangerous for a 1 and a half year old baby, easy to be ingured while going up and down from the sofa bed

It was very near the Erding thermal bath, that’s why we chose it. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good, there were a lot of options. There was a Lidl supermarket and also a McDonald’s very near by.

The room they gave us first ( family suite ) had electricity problems and after the staff were unable to fix it, we had to wait for them to find us another room. This of course was not comfortable as we were so tired after our trip to the thermal bath. We were given another family suite with electricity! And also vouchers for free drinks at the bar.

The staff were all very helpful unlike the one before the pandemic. The former staff members were all extremely cold, incredibly indifferent and amazingly rude but thankfully they are all gone. The new staff are very, very nice. I think that's due to the fact that a competition named Hotel Victory was built. We all need to be humble and I'm very glad Hotel Best Western Munchen Airport realizes that.

Big and clean rooms. Me, My husband, 1 child 13 years old, 2 young adults 19 years old in same room and it was no problem at all to fit all in same room. We stayed only to be close to a water-play-land close by. We could walk there. 1 restaurange in the area and it was a really a good Italian restaurante. Mc Donalds rather close by. Near the airport.

Nothing I can think of

Clean large rooms. Arrived late and still accommated us with a drink at the bar even though it seemed closed. Good breakfast option with custom egg station where they made what you wanted. Free street parking. good for overnight stop on the way to somewhere else.

1 pillow each a bit small.

Easy stay not far from the Munich airport in a quiet area. The room was very clean, the staff friendly. They organised a shuttle bus to the airport for an early morning flight which was appreciated.

Sofa bed a little uncomfortable. Ok for one night but not longer.

Best beds ever. Nice breakfast and super friendly staff. Ok gym. Perfect location for a visit to Therme erding. Quiet and comfy rooms and very clean and tidy.

Very active cleaning staff, pushing furniture around and banging doors and walls early in the morning.

Great variety at breakfast (I especially liked Bretzels). The staff at the reception was super friendly and turned the check-in to a very pleasant experience. The hotel is close to the Therme Erding, which we visited the day after

The WiFi was not reaching the room, which was at the end of the floor

The hotel was newly refurbished, so very clean and modern

The sofa bed for my children was very uncomfortable. The staff member in the dining room was very stressed and abrupt. He was serving on his own. The staff member at the desk tried to charge me twice for parking.
