Close to Therme Erding within walking distance, staff was very helpful as our fan is not working and I just texted them on booking.com and he straight away knocked within a few minutes with another working fan.

I would not recommend staying over here during summer as it is too hot, there's no AC and the fan is just a small standing fan.

Great location, near Therme Erding. Free parking next to the hotel. Easy to check in and out too. Nice clean and modern rooms. A very tasty breakfast if you are able to get it. Nice staff. Good value.

Bed mattresses were too soft, my back did hurt from it. Walls are quite thin, people coming into their rooms were waking me up all the time because we could hear slamming doors all the time. It's hard to book breakfast. I wanted to book breakfast through booking but it wasn't possible, just on premises. But because we checked in around 19:00 with a machine we could not book breakfast either. In the morning, receptionist told us that breakfast is fully booked. It was very inconvenient for us because we didn't have anything bought to eat. It was possible to book breakfast just in the morning at the reception, otherwise it's very likely you won't be able to have breakfast.

Check-in is quick and smooth. Free street parking is available. The rooms are very nice and modern.

We could hear people talking outside of hotel very loud at night. I know hotel is not responsible for thise people but they should have fences so people from outside of hotel can't enter the area of the motel.

It was very clean and modern. Checking in at 10pm using the machine was super easy. It was very quiet. Bus stops were close by to get to town. Lidl nearby was convenient. Easy walk to the spa.

Would have liked to have a kettle in the bedroom.

Great. Simple place but perfect for sleeping. Good breakfast. Really cool the self-cheking (they have a machine at the entry which gives you the entry card).

Hotel close to the Therme Erding, which was main reason why to stay. Automatized check-in worked correctly. A lot of parking spaces. Would say a standard budget hotel.

Water preasure in the shower very poor, need to reserve enough time for a shower. A bit noisy, probably because of poor insulation.

Contactless checkin (would be better with code, instead of keycard)

There was no showering fel/shampoo. It's just a bit, but means a lot. No air-condition. :(

Water pressure was weak and changed temperature suddenly (probably many guests using the shower at the same time). Thin walls.

I loved the cleanliness of this hotel. As aoon as we pulled up out the front i was happy we chose to stay here. The room was supper neat and really clean. The art work around the place was great. There was a couple of paintings i would have liked to keep. The breakfast was tasty. From cereal to eggs and meats, fruits and yoghurts. Plenty to feed a fussy eater if there is one.

The room had everything in it. Great parking space. A nice little spot for smokers.

Sound proofing not the best.
