room was to my satisfaction and especially happy for the staffs ability to meet my request of a familiar room I have stayed before and wanted to stay again,

the breakfast was little disappointing and surprised me first with less variety compared to the past times I have been very satisfied with Linner breakfasts, then upon talking to helpful service I understood that one was expected to specify dietary needs days in advance and you have reasons not to waste food which I respect and understand , but still on cold morning menu one expects one healthy version of hot morning porridge , also I have to mention the quality and freshness of fruit cocktail salad was not best taste but more like left over from previous days.

Very spacious room with access to a top floor area. Close enough to walk to Erding and drive to airport quickly next day. Pleasant access around the building and lift is good to have for travelling which is not common in old German towns. Comfy beds and room for ur luggage

Small feedback only - our fault for not checking, the rooms are so big so would be good for a bar fridge and we arrived in a heat wave and there is no air con. Don’t take this as a negative review as a LOT of properties in Germany and Austria are like this because they don’t have many hot days. Anyone booking a trip to these countries in summer needs to consider this and we just happened to forget about it. This place was great value for the area and clean and would definitely consider staying again.

Location was excellent for the Herbfest, and easy to get to from the airport (the bus stop was just outside). Also good location to walk into Erding (20 mins), Erdinger Brewery (20 mins) and the thermal spa (45 minutes). Rooms were clean and much larger than expected, and there is an outdoor seating area at the back which was good for catching up with friends.

No air conditioning and although a fan was available the room was very hot. Also no iron, kettle or fridge in the room, and iron was not available on request. However, it is a 3 star.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location just outside the town centre with great parking under the hotel (and for our bikes of course). Super clean and our room was bigger than most. The rooms seemed all to face the garden with the corridor facing the road so the rooms were very quiet. The after hours check-in was very smooth, organised weeks ahead!

It's a modern building with lots of big windows in the rooms, stairs and public areas which all looked onto the garden. But sadly the garden was unloved, covered in moss and algae and weeds and this was in such contrast to the inside of the building.

Great location for the beer festival and a short walk in to Erding which has lovely shops and cafes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided a lovely fresh selection and good value. The outdoor garden/seating area provided a great spot to relax.

It was really hot during our stay so the rooms were really warm at night making it hard to sleep as there wasn't any air conditioning. The hotel did provide a fan for the room though which helped.

Nice and quiet room, very good breakfast

We arrived after 20:00 after the reception was closed. There should be instructions on how to get the key for the room. A code had to be sent, but unfortunately, it was not sent to us. There is a possibility to call for assistance in front of the main door. Someone replied, but the volume was so low that it was very difficult to hear. Anyway the instructions were not sufficient and we had to wait half an hour until someone from the staff arrived and let us enter to the room.

Breakfast was great,appartment was big and comfortable, furniture a little bit old. Our sleeping was good, but they did not change the sheet for all week we have been there. The room was usually clean but not perfect as we use to have as was in our previous visiting.

Clean should be better and the sofa in the living room look very old and dirty.

Erding is absolutely beautiful. The hotel has everything that was required of me. The hotel is about 5-10 minutes north from the main part of Erding, and quiet close to Erdinger brewery and a nice swimming lake (Kronthaler Weiher). It is a bit of a distance from the Stadtpark and Therme Erding though, but a nice walk nonetheless.

The shower design is a bit funny and gets the bathroom very wet, so you'll need new bath towels everyday.

My recent visit to Linner Hotel was truly exceptional. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The room was pristine, elegantly furnished, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore Erding, and the staff's outstanding service made my experience seamless and enjoyable. great location to munich and airport, the historic Erding township is in easy walking distance, fabulous breakfast buffet, friendly staff

It can get noisy with the very busy main road in close proximity, some teabags and milk would have been nice in the kitchen and we couldn't find a scissor, a second suitcase stand would have also been nice, not sure why every double room has only one
