I liked the fact that it was close to the airport, which made our arrival much easier. The kitchen is well equipped, everything is brand new, the shower is great, has a lot of pressure and is very warm. The beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean. The staff are very polite. Check-in and check-out are very simple and easy. There are several spaces to park your car, which was very useful.

The acoustics of the entire apartment are pretty bad. You can hear noise of the apartments next door and above. Luckily, the other guests respected the quiet hours, but it's a bit annoying when you want to go to bed early or sleep until 10am or more. You can hear guests coming down with their bags in the morning, and this woke me up several times in the morning. It was very hot on the first night, and I missed a fan, and the reception only works until 10:30 pm, so I wasn’t able to ask (I also don't know if they provide fans). Because of the heat, we wanted to sleep with the windows open, but it wasn't possible because of the insects that got into the room, which bothered me a bit as I have insect phobia. But overall, everything was very good.

Apartment was very clean, comfortable and ideal for a one night stay for our family of 4. We really appreciated the coffee and other drinks available in the kitchen. Very friendly reception with easy check in process. Short drive from Munich airport and Therme which was reason for our stay

Unfortunately there were some inconsiderate guests staying in adjacent apartment who decided to have a party at 1.00 am. It can happen in any hotel but is very annoying.

The property is equipped with all essential kitchen amenities, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. It's located in a peaceful residential area, conveniently close to Munich airport. Although public transport options are limited, the calm and quiet surroundings make it a perfect retreat.

The location isn't ideal if you're relying on public transport, but it's convenient if you're driving your own or a rental car, with plenty of parking available.

The apartment was clean and tidy and had a good supply of cutlery / towels / cooking utensils. There was three blocks each with 3-4 apartments over 2 floors. We had a corner ground floor which appeared to have a larger garden space which was appreciated. It was a 10 minute walk to the main square area. The owners stayed at the end of the block, they were friendly and were on hand as required. They kindly printed our boarding passes for our onward flights. The apartment had 3 single beds in one bedroom and two single beds in the main room (kitchen / diner / lounge). We were able to borrow an iron.

All was generally good. The apartment above had a toddler which was allowed to run up and down at all hours and squeal a lot but this is not the problem of the owners!

The place is very good for large groups of people and has all the amenities needed for a long and short stay. The place has a kitchen equipped with all the things needed to cook a good breakfast, lunch or dinner. The place is very big, airy and in a nice location in a quiet neighborhood.

The kitchen smelled of stale food, grease and I think someone cooked food with the door open from the kitchen and the smell entered every room and also the bathroom.

Very clean appartment, all facilities are there, parking space right next to the entrance. Quiet area, 15 min walk to the center (which is the only minus). Comfortable beds. Enough space for a family of 3

There is really nothing around, you need to walk at least 15 min or drive for food or shopping

We've spent 2 nights in the apartment and everything was super. The apartment was clean, there were everything necessary: comfortable beds, clean white bed linen, warm blankets. What was very important for me, it's that heating worked while at night the temperature was below zero, so we didn't get frozen. There was literally everything necessary in the kitchen: oven, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker and coffee, tee sugar itself. Just mind, if U're traveling without a car and going to visit Therme, it takes about an hour to get there by bus.

The apartment was very clean and modern. It took us longer than we realised it would to get there from the centre of Munich meaning we got there just after the official check-in time but the host was quick to respond when we sent him a message about this to put our mind at rast and was very welcoming on our arrival. We were travelling to the airport the next day and while there were no trains that you can easily catch, there is a bus that goes directly to the airport from a stop 5 minutes from the house. Check-out was very easy as we just left the keys in the door.

It is quite out of the way though would be great if visiting the water park and it did end up working out well for the airport by bus. However, the price was very reasonable and there was nothing else we didn't like.

Location - a quick walking distance to the nearest bus station, and a 10 mins short ride in bus to the Erding train stop, a 10 mins walking distance to the closest supermarket, and a few restaurants in the town. Room - had a suite with kitchen, Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and clean.

Could have done more room cleaning since we stayed for 4 nights.

Good wi-fi, very warm room and large, very clean, big bathroom and clean. Comfort for 3 people! We stay for 2 nights and was very good.Quiet neighbourhood.We will do it again.

There was nothing nearby for shoping so if you want something to eat or drink you must go 2 kilometres far from the hotel. Small bath towels.
