This was our 2nd stay at this NH hotel. We also have a favorite NH in Berlin, too. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms were always spacious, tidy, and we opted for twin beds both times. We did not have time for the breakfast. What we liked was that we returned our rental car at the airport and then took their shuttle to the hotel. Then we made arrangements for the shuttle in the morning back to the airport. Very convenient.

Nothing. A good stop before/after using the airport flights.

The hotel is in Airport area, but because of runaway, it takes 15 minutes to reach the hotel. But you dont need to worry, they provide Shuttle Bus every 30 minutes from-to hotel-airport. If you are arrive in T1, you have to go down to Airport Center and go outside to shuttle parking. The bus is in stop no 6 in the shuttle parking area in Airport Center. If you are areive in T2, just follow the sign to Shuttle /Crew Shuttle. The bus is in stop 11, every 30 minutes The room is big for airport transfer hotel, Convinience, and I was choosen as Lucky Guest, so I got free shuttle (worth 7 eur/people/trip) and also free minibar inside the room. It’s a pitty I just know when I want to leaving, so I only take the red wine, and leave others :)

The dining room staff was excellent, as well as the food delicious. The staff made us feel special as I was celebrating my birthday!

From the airport the shuttle was free to hotel. To go back to the airport, it cost about $8 per person.

The cleaning staging area was right outside the elevators on floor 4. We witnessed a volatile argument between 2 men and 1 housekeeper. The men were incredibly aggressive and cornered the woman. She finally walked off and the men stopped. It was incredibly concerning for her and uncomfortable. A better area for staging housekeeping materials would be preferred. It made the hotel appear disorganized and cluttered. Most of the housekeeping on our floor was also done in the evenings and things like trays from room service the night before, and carts were all over the halls all day long. We left the hother at 9 am and a food tray was still outside a door after 8pm the same day.

No reason to stay here except for the last night before an early morning flight. For that purpose it's very good. I arrived by train/S-bahn fairly late, the shuttle (free for a certain room grade, as I recall for me the price was the same as the regular room, so quite a win) was on schedule, the check-in was smooth, the restaurant was open for a quick meal at the late hour, the room was bigger than I expected, and the early morning shuttle graciously dropped me at Terminal 2 even though it wasn't supposed to (I was the only passenger).

Nothing, really. Maybe only that the shuttle minibus could be marked more clearly. In the end it wasn't a problem.

You can pre check in and choose your room on line, making the arrival formalities very straight forward. The plain was delayed so the final courtesy bus had departed. Taxi to the hotel was about €20 and the receptionist very kindly offered be a free journey back to the airport. I was also very sweetly told the mini bar would be gratis for the night. A pleasant gesture and good that there was nice cold water on what remained a hot evening. The room was perfectly comfortable with a nice shower . Nice tv, good Wi-Fi, and kettle with teas and coffees provided. The reception very happily moved my courtesy bus booking forward . Very convenient for an airport stay

Rooms are a bit tired with elements of damp, but this is a very minor observation

Very convenient location if one needs to rest and catch a plane in the early hours in Munich. The hotel is just a 5-10 min ride to the airport and is a hassle free option when one does not have a car. Just request for the airport shuttle at the Terminal 1 in Munich airport or at the main entrance of the hotel to the airport. Our shuttle drivers were very courteous (thank you) and even helped with loading and unloading our luggage into the shuttle. We paid upfront for the airport shuttle for our overnight stay. We did not need the breakfast as our flight was early in the morning. The room was small and comfortable for an overnight stay with kettle, coffee machine etc.

I enjoyed the comfort of the beds and the pillow cushions were the best that I had during our extensive travels thru' Europe on business.

I was disappointed as the reception staff member said there is no way that we could be compensated for the breakfast which we could not have due to an early morning flight (breakfast only served later) This was so, as our booking was apparently done via booking.com and they could not refund us. She did however, waiver the costs of the shuttle to the airport which made me a little bit happier.

Rooms were clean and well appointed which for me is most important. I was a tad annoyed when we arrived and had to get coffee at the bar because the coffee machine was “out of order”, when I believe the sign was just placed there to prevent folks from using it any other time than the a.m. I could be mistaken, but that was just my perception. There is a coffee machine in the room, but honestly I am picky about my coffee and no milk/cream doesn’t do it for me. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient and the drivers were nice. We did get to eat at the restaurant and the food was ok. Nothing special but ok.

Convient location, very clean, organized, had a nice restaurant on premise, suited our purpose for staying close to the airport. The room was well appointed, comfortable bed and linens, provided water, ability to make tea and coffee, TV w many channels. Airport shuttle every half hour, exercise and sauna area, walking area around the hotel. The restaurant was well run, supper was amazing. I should have enquired about the cost of breakfast, a smogasbord, more than we wanted, which we didn’t really need, we just wanted a pastry and coffee, so that cost was bit over the top.

The flights coming and going were very loud, but the windows were adequately insulating and well constructed to keep the noise out when closed. Parts of the hotel needed updating and cleaning up on the outside, but it was apparent that this was being addressed.
