A delicious and varied breakfast, a comfortable room, and a modern bathroom. The hotel is decorated in beautiful colors, making it a pleasant place to stay. A wide time range for breakfast, fast check-in, and check-out until 12 PM (though we were supposed to leave earlier, unfortunately), which is quite rare these days.

The area is not entirely residential, but it's manageable to walk to the station and get to the city center. The high parking cost is unclear- just 50 meters from the hotel, street parking is completely free, and there were plenty of spots available. However, we were there on the weekend, so perhaps it's harder to find a space on weekdays? In any case, I recommend trying to park for free - 18 euros is too much for a non-central location.

Nice big, modern and clean rooms with a good and clean bathroom. The beds have good mattresses and are sleeping great. I have been coming here now for months(every other week) and the rooms are good and clean. At the bar\restaurant you can have a decent meal and find some friendly people behind the bar serving you. Especially Jackie will bring a smile on you're face with her unique presence and good service behind the bar.

1. Sleeping on the 6th floor the water pressure is really fluctuating in the bathroom.

The room was large and bright and nicely decorated. There was quick access to the walkway along the Main river. The S bahn station was just 5 minutes away. We had dinner in the restaurant our first night and it was plentiful and delicious.

On the second day I had requested housekeeping but when we returned early afternoon they had not entered the room. I caled reception to advise them of this and they sent housekeeping immediately. I appreciate how this was resolved however in a hotel of this cost and caliber it should not have happened.

In general speaking, the hotel is great, comfortable and prices, especially my room. The breakfast was perfect with great German sausages and bread... location was ok, but there was quite easier to reach everywhere.

It was great hotel… Most of stuff and custom service was good and helpful. Unfortunately I was bad luck to be served by a young male stuff who was not helpful at all, resulting in my coffee machine wasn't working on my stay (3 days). Otherwise it was perfect…

Location spot on and good facilities

Had to evacuate the hotel during the night as fire alarm went off. We had to make our way out from the 4th floor and have not seen one member of staff making sure every guest made it out. Was a bit confusing to say the least. Thankfully no fire and we could go back inside after a short while.

During my recent stayl, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room. The extra room made it feel quite comfortable, and it was a nice change from more cramped accommodations I've experienced in the past. Moreover, the cleanliness of the room was commendable. It was evident that the hotel's housekeeping staff takes their job seriously, as everything was spotless, from the bathroom to the linens. Furthermore, one of the notable aspects of this hotel is its excellent location. It's worth mentioning that the hotel is conveniently situated with a bus stop right in front of the property. This makes accessing public transportation incredibly easy. Additionally, for those who prefer to use the S-Bahn, it's just a short 700-meter walk away. In summary, my stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, thanks to the spacious and clean room. I would certainly consider staying here again for its other positive attributes.

This room has all the comforts and facilities. The hotel has breakfast, but if you have breakfast outside the hotel, there is a coffee machine in the room. The hotel welcomes animals, but be prepared to pay additional cleaning costs. Near there is a nice promenade on which you can run or ride a bike. Good soundproof.

Location: far from the center of Frankfurt, but there is also another branch of the hotel. From Offenbach to the center on foot to walk about 30-40 minutes. Paid parking, we paid extra every night. The room lacks slippers and bathrobes for guests.

The Leonardo Hotel is lovely. Great facilities, clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Some of them don't have fantastic knowledge of English but that's ok. The rooms are spacious with a nice coffee pod machine (but needs many more pods in the room! And some milk). Bathroom etc was large and clean. The restaurant is outstanding. The food was really super and well priced. We ate there both nights that we stayed as there was no reason to go elsewhere. The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was extensive with everything from muesli and croissant through to bacon, sausages and 3 different types of egg. There is a grab and go in the lobby for quick drinks and snacks. The car park is large with plenty of spots. Costs €18 per day, but you can come and go as you please. The hotel is a 15 minute flat walk to the train station and in a few minutes you can be at the Hauptbahnhof. We will certainly stay here again if we come back to Frankfurt.

Nothing very much really It isn't located in central Frankfurt but we knew that when we booked and it's no trouble to get the train. A taxi cost us about €25 from the city centre back to the hotel, in peak hour. The only thing that they could maybe improve is the pillows, they were way too soft but we are finding that all over Germany this trip. Maybe have some options in the room for those who need orthopaedic pillows or something firmer.

The staff was incredibly helpful, even with our late check-in, and the hotel's close proximity to Frankfurt Airport was perfect after a long flight - an ideal place to relax before continuing our journey. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Plus, the convenient parking made everything even easier!

From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The facilities were top-notch, clean, and well-maintained, making my stay incredibly comfortable. I truly enjoyed every aspect of my visit and felt well taken care of throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay!
