The Finnish sauna and the cold shower outside are great! There are teas and fruits in the wellness area which I really appreciated. The staff is extremely friendly. The room had a great view of a snowy hill! For the duration of the stay we got a wellness bag with a big towel and bath robe which I really liked. There are several routes around the hotel for easy walks (between 5 and 13 km, max. 250m elevation).

In general everything was great and we had a very pleasant stay!!! The room could be cleaner though :( For me personally the mattress was too hard.

Spacious room, very comfortable bed, modern design (we slept in the new building), hotel parking, swimming pool with jacuzzi and saunas, very good breakfast, bar on the hotel premises, location.

In the bathroom, the shower head stand was damaged. The hair dryer was not working and unfortunately, despite asking for a replacement, we did not receive it. Very poor wifi, but maybe because our room was at the end of the corridor - but in my opinion this should not be an excuse.

The location is very peaceful. The room was nice and very large as well as the bathroom. Staff was polite and helpful. The spa wqs good although the pool was cold so I couldn’t use it. Very pleasant stay.

There were some issues with cleanliness of the room as well as bugs, for example silverfish in the bathroom and very large spider right outside of our room.

Booked as an overnight stay on the way to Garmisch-Partenkirchen for BMW Motorrad Days 2024 and I couldn't have been more impressed with the value for money received. The room and bathroom was huge. The Spa and pool were exceptional. The bar area was busy during the evening, but the barman was very efficient. The evening meal and breakfast were of a very high standard. We didnt have time to explore the local area, but the setting of the hotel is beautiful.

The hotel is very clean with good beds. It is silent. The breakfast is overall good. The outside Swimmingpool is very nice. The parking is easy.

The checkin was very bad. The staff in charge was gone, we had to call the manager but she went to her room and disappeared without helping. The staff in charge returned finally but he was jumping between several clients. It took us overall 15 minutes to get the key … The hotel is very big so you have to walk a lot to get to your room,

Breakfast is excellent, and rooms are very large, comfy and clean. Sleeping is moved to another level. SPA is excellent, with plenty of space and different options. Parking is large enough. Location of the hotel is perfect, close to town, but also far enough for peace and tranquility.

There is nothing you wouldn't like about this hotel. The only small thing we noticed is that everywhere is highlighted that SPA work from 7-22h (and it really does!), but jacuzzi (which is perfect) starts only at 11h.

The best hotel in our big trip to Europe! The best hotel staff! Two men at the reception (sorry, I didn't remember the names) met us late in the evening, helped us with all questions, ordered us dinner at the hotel, set the table in the lobby. We were so shocked by the hospitality! Thank you! Excellent large rooms in the hotel, a chic breakfast, a wonderful spa area, a very cozy village around where you can ride bicycles that the hotel has. We are very sorry that we stayed at this hotel only for one night. In the future, we will return to Germany only for the sake of this hotel. The best thing about this hotel is its hospitable staff.

Very busy …but staff in the restaurant ( waitress) were very good. We sat outside and were looked after extremely well on a hot evening! Probably understaffed but they worked hard to keep everyone happy!!

Bug net on the window in the bedroom was broken and ineffective …. No air conditioning!

Room was excellent and enormous, the bed comfortable. A little difficult to find the bathroom in the dark. Unfortunately, our keys did not open the door to the Wellness area; we didn't really have time, but we would have liked to have a look at the pool!

Breakfast was good except for the scrambled eggs! And in general it seemed a bit short-staffed; check-out was really slow because there was only one receptionist and he was held up for ages by someone complaining at great length about something or other.

1 day before the trip they sent a message that due to high energy prices there will be an extra fee of 6€ per day/person. I booked little less than a month before my trip and during that time there hasn’t been any price changes, thus coming with such statements is not understandable. Since there was no time to look for alternatives we didn’t cancel, but that’s the reason they informed us just a day before. They should have included it already into the booking price and then it would be acceptable. In the end I had a nice stay, but my overall impression of the hotel is negative.
