Price is ok. Rooms are decent, clean, all you need for an overnight stay. Ibis Styles are great in general. We use them all the time when we travel in Europe.

The one in France we use all the time has breakfast included in very reasonable price. This one doesn't. Breakfast was €15 per person, they don't care if you have children that eat 3 times less. They want you to pay the same amount. So for 4 of us it would be €60. Too much and not worth it. I also booked two connected rooms. We didn't get connected rooms.

Great location in Pforzheim - easy to access by train also. The hotel room was comfortable enough and good value for money. The breakfast was excellent - eggs and multiple types of bread were served alongside pancakes, yogurt, cheese, ham and cakes.

Everything was great for the price of the hotel. They do not offer toiletries or any fussy bits in the rooms, it's quite simple but very comfortable.

It was super clean and the rooms were nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Good value for money and very comfortable.

The parking should have been explained better as we needed to leave our car in the street as their car park was full. It’s inside of the city so I understand but just let people know before they book as we needed safe car parking. Breakfast was a little inadequate as there was not much choice especially for kids.

The staff were really helpful, they explained where the park was to walk a dog or run and where we could park our large vehicle. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable and located centrally. The bathroom has been recently renovated and was well designed to make use of the space.

A kettle in the rooms would be great.

Underground parking, very good breakfast, good location close to the city center. The room was small but cozy and cleverly designed. (Great steak and burger place just across the street named Beef Republic.)

Personnel didn't speak English much and some of them seemed to be "burnt out". Room cleaning happens only if you ask for it the day before, which is a great eco approach, but the service didn't work properly and no cleaning happened on the prearranged day (and not only for our room), the cleaning lady came the next day when we were already leaving.

Nicely decorated room, very comfortable bed. Everything looks really new and stylish.

The street that it's close to is noisy. If you close the windows you don't hear anything, but since the airconditioning was also very loud we chose to open the window instead. So that was a slight negative, but really not a big deal. :)

It was good in general. The location is near the train station and city center. Breakfast is quite simple, not many options. Staffs are nice and friendly, helpful.

One time they forgot to clean up my room and do not change the towels, paper cups in the bathroom.

The bed was so comfortable ,I wanted to take take it with me home. I also had a really lovely view outside. They served English breakfast which l appreciated (warm food). Room was clean...l had the best experience

Breakfast is just too expensive, almost 80 euros for 4 people. I could eat a decent lunch or dinner in a proper restaurant for that kind of money. So we didn't take it.

the property is very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and especially there is a bearded guy and he is awesome. forgot to ask his name. middle of the night I found out that the common door for the neighboring room was unlocked . Told him and he immediately came and locked it.

parking condition could’ve been better. I had to pay for parking the next day from 09:00 AM onwards.
