Easy to find and check-in with good transport links, comfortable bed, very clean. Beautiful bathroom and excellent shower. Nice cafés nearby.

No microwave in room as stated. Mini bar was a reasonable price but hardly anything in there. There’s an electronic coffee machine but coins only. I didn’t try this so can’t say anything about the quality. Room was fairly small but suitable for a short stay. These are all minor issues and in general it was a very pleasant stay. Check out time of 11am would be ideal.

Our room was very clean, we arrived during a heat wave and there was working fan in the corner. The bathroom is shared but it's kept very clean and never smelt bad. Shower was really nice too. 20 minute walk from the train station and near two grocery stores.

Overall cleanliness was great, maybe just some dusting by the window sill and a microwave inside the bedroom as opposed to a communal microwave would be a better choice so others staying the hotel don't hear someone heating up their food after a night out.

The staff was really nice, we could check-in 3 hours before. There is a supermarket and fast food restaurant close to the hotel.

There is not even a kettle to boil a water. You have to use a microwave or pay to get warm water from the coffee machine.

The staff were very friendly and most helpful for someone like me who does not speak German. They were attentive and available to help when needed. The proprietors keep the property very clean and in good repair. The location on the 185 bus line made it very easy to get to travel back and forth to my destination in Rellinger as well as to and from the train line to Hamburg.

A bit difficult stairs to reach the room, which might make it difficult for elderly or disabled if you renting a room in the upper level. And in nothern american standard more like a motel than a hotel

Friendly staff, very clean, the hotel is located in a quiet area.

The only downside is the limited number of parking spaces.

Everything was good, as expected. I saw some negative reviews here on booking but I believe that those were mostly people who expect a 5 star hotel for the price. Location, cleanliness, facilities, price, personnel - everything great.

The pillows could be a little bit more comfortable but they were ok.

It was clean, easy to arrive, when I didn't get the message to get the keys, someone from the security cam helped me. 10/10

All was good

Very nice hotel, tidy and in a good location. We commuted to Hamburg every day without any problem in 30min by car and in the evening there were many restaurants nearby as well as opportunities for a nice walk! The owner was very friendly, communication was excellent, we even could checkin using a code due a later arrival (after the reception was closed). Parking along the streat easily to be found.
