I stayed there with my 2 boys for a short get away from the city the indoor pool area was perfect because the lake still wasn't quite warm enough for swimming. They had a great time exploring the forest and playing in the pool. The breakfast was also very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that bothered me was getting food outside of breakfast time. The restaurant does not have much of an option for kids it was a small A la carte menu which would have made the stay very expensive if we ate there for lunch and dinner. There was also no fridge in the room so we went for a small drive in to town for lunch and dinner.

By far the best stay on our Road trip through Germany. We can compare different fasilities in various cities but Seminaris was the top one.Rherefore we returned on our way home again. From breakfast, friendly staff, entertainment possibilities in the hotel, room equipment and beautiful lake and nature all around, all gorgegous and so we can give it only 10 out of 10.

We don't know if it was a bad accident, but during both of our stays the alarm went off, which is loud and lasted a long time. I guess it was caused by cigar smoke.

Beautiful location, with leisure possibilities directly around the hotel: walking and cycling in the forest, great lake for sailing and swimming, etc. The breakfast is really great, with a lot of choice, freshly made. We enjoyed a very comfortable, spacy family room with a large terrace. It really is a good option when looking for a place to relax and enjoy nature, very close to Berlin and the beatiful palaces and historic centre of Potsdam. The railway and tramway station are a 15 minutes nice walk through nature. Free parking just outside the hotel. We really recommend it for families, as the complex is family friendly.

The parking garage is rather expensive, especially when staying a couple of days, but free parking just outside the hotel on the street. If the parking garage would be cheaper, probably more guests would choose this option.

The absolute most outstanding is the staff. They go the extra mile for the guests. This is what we find the most essential thing for guests that stays in a place "far from home" For people using wheelchair etc, the hotel is also built and equipped in a way that there is no struggle to get anywhere. We picked the hotel based on being able to park safe and not being in noisy environments. The surroundings are stunning. To do our visit to Berlin and avoid driving, parking and get stressed in big city traffic, we took a taxi to the nearest train station and used public transportation all day. In Berlin, this is very easy and cheap. So, to stay in Seminaris SeeHotel Potsdam for an excursion in Berlin was a perfect choice! The only small issue for us was that the roomservice do not function after 21.00 (kitchen closes at that time), since we arrived 21.15 and was hungry after a long road trip. However, the hotel has drinks and snacks in the lobby and if you want to bring it to the room, you pay 10 euro. As we all know, room service always include extra payments as well, so this solution is not a big issue.

Beautiful place, we only stayed one night but it looked peaceful and nice. We parked in the garage and the check in was smooth. Big comfortable rooms. I like that it was prepared for the kids, crib, stool in the bathroom, cushion for the diaper changing.

It was warm in the room so nice with mosquito net to open the window, but when we opened the window other guests smoked on the balcony so the room smelled smoke. The extra bed was not that comfortable.

Located a little away from the city, but not hard to reach. The location itself is calm and offers a nice walk along the lake. The rooms were what you expect, nothing more. They were comfortable. The games available at the basement of the hotel were too old and unusable. The breakfast was nice and had many options.

Great location near the water, surrounded by forest. Quiet. If you are using a TomTom GPS, good luck - we were directed down a long, meandering rural lane that would have been challenging in the evening. Good walking all around the property.

Always the chance of many guests given that it appears to be a popular corporate destination for seminars and training.

Clean, free parking outside

Restaurant did not have food when we arrived after 9:00pm. The restaurant nearby (in the campsite) was also closed. Better to provide some guidance about how to find food for late check-in customers.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel offers excellent service, and the staff was warm and professional throughout my visit. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. I’d highly recommend thus hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay.

The hotel is situated in beautiful surroundings. The design of the rooms is extraordinary (I loved the basket egg chair). Clean and quiet. Good breakfast.

I know there were vending machines with water at the reception but once I arrived to the hotel after 11 pm, I just wanted to have a sip of water and to go to bed. There was no bottled water in the room, I thought it is a standard for the hotels. At least I believe the tap water was drinkable 🙂
