Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Got a really nice room with a huge bed, and a lot of space. The room was really clean and all the essentials were provided. Really enjoyed selection at breakfast. One night we also booked a dinner at the hotel as an extra and it was delicious too. Nice selection of different foods at the buffet. There is also a bar downstairs in the evening, which is great for having some drinks ☺️

The spa would be probably better in the summer months. Now, the water in both pools was really cold, so we ended up going to Havel Therme instead of chilling at the hotel pool and saunas as initially planned. The curtains in the room were of a cream color so at 7am it got very light in the room and not optimal for sleeping.

the facility was very fine when and for what it was created, it's a bit of a shame that it was deliberately allowed to deteriorate, the pool is definitely not heated, especially not with solar panels, the indoor pool is a touch to cool to be convenient and  some equipment is broken and rotting, power water outrun on top, if you ask some not German and English communicable guys can be motivated to start finish sauna before eleven in the morning.  Some main tiles in the sauna shower room are missing, every little technc gifted person can glew it again, but it's just not made.  the breakfast and dinner is pretty fine and well cooked and prepared dishes.    if you are three adults, better not book a junior suite, the third adult has to endure a very hard makeshift side bed.   do not book the ground level, the machining room door is always open and pretty noisy and only by half possible to close, it is more or less a stuff meeting point sometimes furthermore.  the odor from the machine room is directly guided to the always open floor (some key and venting issues) but the ground level is very nice for direct walking to facilities and park, the high curtain are a little broken and the cupboards look like good medium  numbered star hotel.  the decoration is very nice the historical furniture in the floor is excellent chosen.  the service stuff in restaurant and general, except some exception is very nice.  the precise Resort, better called inprecise" needs just some little craftsman knowledge and base organization then all will be good, and please, buy some solar panel for solar pool heater, best investment ever!

We stayed here for two nights as part of a longer roadtrip, the purpose was to relax in the grounds and use the pool. It was great for this purpose, but if I was booking this stay as a spa location I would have been disappointed. Beautiful setting, lovely grounds surrounding the hotel to relax in. There is a lovely small playground for children to enjoy. We had a very spacious room with a lovely view of the lake.

The staff are not very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and couldn’t provide recommendations for where we could eat lunch, we also were not given any more information about the onsite facilities than the times for breakfast and dinner. The room was very warm and we had to keep windows open all day and night to keep the temperature down (in a cold April!), and the curtains did not block much light so the room became very bright early in the morning. It is a little run down and could do with some care and renovation in places.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The spa area was very nice and had plenty of room for all. The view from the room over the lake was stunning. The bathroom was up to date and well decorated, and the room itself was very spacious

The whole place is lovely and I am really happy with my stay the only gripe I have is the gym is in desperate need of an upgrade the gym space isn't massive but it doesn't need to be as long as not too many people wanna use it at a time! my suggestion would be a rowing machine and a multigym cable machine to work a few different muscles. My next gripe was the menu from the evening buffet, which needs slightly better choices for 35 euros, but don't get me wrong for what it cost and what we got exceeded my expectations.

Amazing lake views. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed that it was possible to get a pedicure. The beautician Frau Schulz was especially nice and professional.The restaurant staff in the evening was super friendly and at breakfast there was a lady in charge who definitely went the extra mile.

One male receptionist was not very helpful. If he couldn’t answer a question he would not try to get an answer from a colleague. He didn’t know which rooms have a lake view. Definitely a matter of training. Room was very clean. Some cod webs on high ceiling and some areas looked like the need new paint. Tiles missing on the bottom of the pool. Tabs and plug holes look worn and tired.

Beautiful waterside location within easy access to local historic palaces and gardens

We stayed 3 nights and didn’t have replacement water in the room or toilet paper. The hot water was very hot and great care was needed in the shower. Also the bed linen didn’t quite fit the bed. Towels and robes were excellent. The sauna was also a little disappointing with the steam room not working on our first sauna visit and the BioSauna on the third sauna visit. Several of the showers were needing some maintenance in the spa area as well. We stayed half board and through enjoyed the discrete service from staff involved during the buffets. The food was of a good variety and tasty.

- Level of service did not meeting our expectations (for a 4 stars superior and for such room rate), due to the following reasons: => long queue at the lobby for check-in => check-in is at 3pm, but apartment was not ready for another 30min - had to wait and on top had to queue again to finish the check-in => food is okay => bike service not properly organised and service oriented (wrong info on bikes that can hold a baby-seat, and had to carry and bring the baby seat from Lobby to the bike on our own for ca. 300 meters - usually this is not for the guest to deal with in any hotel we've been - Too warm duvets (no lighter sheets or so available in the room) + all pillows too big and high

All staff were very friendly and I felt our convenience and comfort was in their best interests. They were all kind to our children. Kids club had diverse activities. The Easter program they prepared were absolutely the highlights, including the Easter bonfire and egg hunting.

Children's swimming time was restricted to 10-12 and 15-18. I only felt it was a slight downside, as we couldn't use the pool with the children any time of the day.

it’s a great resort on the lake with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, great location and such a beautiful view & nature. it’s very important for me that hotel is dog friendly

we tried to eat 21-30 and everything was closed at Saturday night this time in the hotel, the main restaurant is clothed, nothing to eat in bar and no room service. if you have children or any kind of diet or you are coming late to the hotel (even at 21-00!!!) you have to think about it and buy food and bring it with you, snacks fruits vegetables, there is no alternative to get any food and no supermarket or petrol station nearby

Lovely grounds, stunning lake view from the room. Great faculties, the pool, indoor spa.

There were a few spiders in our room. My husband had to catch them all as daughter wouldn't be able sleep. You would not expect that in 4* hotel. There was no other room available for a family of 4 to swap. Otherwise it was clean. €12 for a car park
