A) The Staff are very friendly and attentive (they would go out of their way to help you out). B) The rooms are excellent (spacious, very clean, the bathrooms are very comfortable as well). C) They have a full cigar lounge, and smokers can use the room's balcony (every room has a spacious balcony). D) The food is good in comparison to other places we stayed at in Potsdam.

The only disadvantage is the location and transportation. You have to understand that the hotel is located a little far from the city center. In other words, getting an Uber is difficult (most of them are in Berlin so they would not bother to go all the way to the location), and taxis are available only by request from the front desk (none are parked in front of the hotel). If you have your own car, you're good to go.

It's a huge hotel complex set in absolutely stunningly beautiful grounds. It's next to a big lake with well marked walks around the perimeter. The room was big and comfortable. The location was quiet. Really lovely.

It's a long walk into town, ok for me as I like walking (apart from the fact that we got caught in a rainstorm but that's not the hotel's fault). If you have limited mobility it would be a long way.

We brought our dog along and the hotel and staff accommodated that very well. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. For us it was a great location right along the water and about 10 minutes away from a huge forest with plenty of trails.

Someone left a huge bottle of wine on the balcony and it was still there when we arrived. We also needed to use the fridge to keep our dogs food cold for our stay and it wasn't completely clean.

Great place to stay during any kind of trip! Big spacious rooms, check-in at any time (we came very late at night, but we’re welcomed with a warm smile), very friendly and caring staff, plentiful breakfast, comfortable accommodations. The location is just amazing! With beautiful views, right on the lake shore, with the beautiful routs for either morning/evening jogging or dog walk! And the territory of the hotel is beautiful, very well liked after We especially loved the attention to our pooch (we even got a soft blanket for his sleep and a very delicious meal as a treat!)

We traveled on the hottest days of the summer and lacked properly functioning fridge - for the room for 4 people it was tiny and too warm to store anything perishable…

Clean, comfortable room. The pool and sauna were beautiful! But the steam room was out of order. Food was good. Nice location.

The staff was a bit cold. The restaurant was closed the evening we were there, but we could order food from the restaurant menu and eat in the bar. The football game was on, so not quite the quiet dinner we had hoped to have that evening. There is a towel charge in the pool/sauna.

This is a lovely place to stay. Our very comfortable and quiet room was spacious with a balcony and view of the lake. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The swimming pool area was outstanding, smart and spotless. We enjoyed walking along the lake.

What a great place, even though it is used for conferences etc. The apartment we stayed in was perfect (E203) The staff were very helpful, pleasant and thankfully put up with my inability to speak German. A fantastic selection of items for breakfast, it was hard to choose what to go for.

The spa area is really nice. You can relax by the pool on different kinds of lounge chairs and beds. There are several saunas to choose from. The breakfast with 22 Euros is good value for money. It was delicious and a good sized buffet.

Only thing I didn’t like was the shower leaking water underneath the shower door, so that the bathroom floor was quite wet after a shower.

Nice pool, nice Sauna and good room. Installations are very confortable and user friendly. You have everything you need for a relaxing stay.

If you want to use the pool after checkout you have to pay an extra fee. Towels for the pool are also paid extra ( although at least this is communicated in advance)… after booking anyway but it is.

The staff will do anything for you if they can. The facilities for physical activities were extensive and pristine clean. The beds are very very comfy 10/10. I had a Junior Suite which was standard size 48ft**.

The shower stall was too small. The room was done in browns.
