The apartment is located relatively close to one end of the park Sanssouci. There is a very convenient parking for a car as well as a bus stop almost in front of the building. The bus can take you straight to the main palace and the center of Potsdam. Netto supermarket is within walking distance. ***On the map, at first glance, it will look as if the park is really close and everything else also is. It's a mirage - Potsdam appears to be a quite big city and the distances are fairly big, with the park being REALLY big - keep that in mind, if you planned to do everything on foot***. We collected the key and other useful information from ladies in the reception. One of them was communicating in english well, both were very nice and welcoming. The apartment had windows on the back of the building, so it was fairly quiet, we didn't hear any road noises. The apartment was spacious and clean, but expect only basic furniture.

First of all, and I can't really treat it as a minus, because it's known before the arrival - the building doesn't have a lift and the floors are fairly high. So if you have some heavy luggage and you'll be given an apartment at the top floor, be sure you'll be able to drag the luggage all the way up. Apart from that the only thing would be arranging the kitchen in a bit different manner. It's really small, but also there's no actual space for a kettle or meal preparing. Perhaps something could be done in order to get some more kitchen storage area / kitchen working area.

A nice apartment in the good location. It was really clean and had everything you might need for a longer stay. We were only for one night but the apartment was comfortable and nice. Additionally there was the big outdoor area and the parking for the guests. A good advantage was alao the self check-in which was a good option for us (we arrived after midnight).

The checkout was a bit early to my taste - 10am. At least 11 am would be better.

Everything was great ) Nice apartment, lovely view from the window, very nice location close to Sun Succi park and palaces.

The only this that should me managed is hotplate that didn’t work properly, it wasn’t possible to prepare anything as it took too much time even for the water to be boiling. Electric kettle and toaster were in the kitchen but it wasn’t enough for my family.

The apartment was quite confortable and it had a great view of a summer meadow. It was quite nice cooking and dining there with family, while appreciating the view. The surrounding area is quiet, yet close to Sanssouci and the park. The hotel is also well-connected by bus route, to Potsdam. So it is a great stay for exploring the city. The staff was incredibly helpful with an unforeseen problem that we had while traveling with a sick relative. They also helped us to enter the room outside of reception hours, through a phone call. So by the end we were quite pleased with the apartment, the customer service and personal touch :) The hotel is an unassuming, cosy and friendly, B&B kind-of-place, with a sense of history to it, & we enjoyed it very much for what it offers :) :) We missed out on the breakfast and amenities beyond the apartment, so we have no comments on those.

Big apartment, clean and tidy. The surrounding garden was a nice addition to the complex. The staffs are very friendly. Will definitely stay there again if we are at Potsdam.

We arrived quite late at night and the self check-in booth was not working. So we went to Landhotel Potsdam (one of their sister concerns), informed the staffs about the situation, they contacted the landlady and she provided the stored keys. Device malfunction is understandable, but communication could have been better, and the prior information on Landhotel came very handy.

Comfortable apartments, everything you need. It was clean and warm, good location, beautiful view from the window to the field and forest, which we really liked.

Affordable apartment in Potsdam. Near the campus of the University of Potsdam and close to the beautiful Schlosspark Sanssouci.

The cleanliness. The apartment was very spacious. It’s a quaint old fashioned place with no frills but still holds a charm for anyone travelling with family and small kids. one of the best locations to explore the Sansoucci Place and Gardens.

The wifi signal in the room was weak. However the staff was extra helpful and they shared the key to the breakfast room that had the router for me to complete some work. in fact the wifi was the only part that one could complain about! everything else was excellent.

very nice apartments. convenient location. the apartments have everything for a comfortable stay for several days. dishes, clean bed linen, towels - everything is at the same level. next to the apartments - places of interest, there is a place to relax. The staff is very friendly and helped with accommodation
