Overall, hits most if not all the boxes. A lot of small details done right. Breakfast: - all fresh, good selection, good taste. - fresh orange and multi-vitamin juice - as much as you wish. - a lot of good protein options : salmon, meat (cold/warm), scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese. Location: close to the train station (7 min walking) and bus stop (3 min). But windows has good isolation, so can't hear any noise. Also close to the city center. Room is super clean and no random sounds from fridge, etc. Showers: good shower system, just takes a few second to select the desired temperature which stays stable. + A lot of soap and shower gel, so not need to worry much about asking for refill during your stay. Extra points for elevator configured to stay open on the ground floor (and coming back to ground floor by itself after someone used it) More Extra points for small red light in the bathroom (which can be turned on/off) - so you don't disturb your sleep if you need to go to bathroom in the evening or at night.

Nitpicking here. But maybe it will be critical for someone: - Wifi was working, but in general it was not fast. Had unlimited mobile, so I've used it instead. - communication emails are coming in German. Although there are options to select the language (EN) in the internal app , it will be good to have an option during registration what is the preferred communication language. And then receive all emails/communication in it. (Again, not a big issue with google translate and etc. Just something that can be improved)

I loved the hotel's location in a charming town that offers convenient and quick access to Cologne—just a 15-minute train ride away. The staff were friendly, and every interaction with them was a pleasure. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.

The room and bed size were not ideal, and the bed being positioned in the corner of the room felt a bit inconvenient. However, the room was clean and adequately met my basic needs, making it a functional choice for my stay

What is particularly positive is the friendliness of the staff and especially of Mr. Medyan, who is very professional and competent. You can tell that he has gained a lot of experience, because without it it doesn't work and Ms. Koch was in such a good mood when I checked in and had a beautiful smile on her face. You rarely experience such kind and courteous staff in a hotel like this, huge selection, great breakfast, top location and very quiet, perfect service. A request to management: Please pass on feedback to the team. It's a tougher job in the fine dining and hotel industry, and your colleagues deserve respect for their clean and smooth work. We would definitely like to come back!

A comfortable, clean hotel, ideal for travelling into Cologne with a train station just across the road and a 15 minute journey to the city centre. A pleasant breakfast was a welcome start to the day. The room was clean, beds comfortable and quiet, enabling a good night’s sleep.

It would have been nice to have a drink at the bar in the evening, but this wasn’t open over the weekend.

Very friendly helpful staff. The room was a good size and clean. Breakfast had an excellent range of food to choose from and a high-quality coffee machine. The location was perfect regarding Pulheim and the friends we needed to visit.

The pillows squashed to nothing causing me to toss and turn at night, so the only area to improve is this.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area, very close to the center and the train station (you are at the Köln's cathedral in 20 min). The facilities are great, comfortable rooms and furnishing. Breakfast was excellent. But the best was the staff, super friendly and helpful from the first minute (we had special requests, and we needed a room change). Highly recommended!

This was last minute booking and I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, the staff were excellent the room was very nice and the breakfast great (excellent coffee), I didn't get to try the restaurant as it was closed by the time I arrived, (9.30pm ) I did try the bar which for a nice change was not overpriced

Very good breakfast. Very spacy room. A lot of choice. Underground parking can be used. Public parking in the area is often fully occupied.

Cost for the underground parking. Further driving out was also not convenient the last day.

The only issue was that I booked a room with a balcony. The photo on my specific room showed a 2 chair balcony. This was not available upon my checkin. The front desk suggested the large patio/garden area, which was great! Also, the distance to Koln was much farther than expected.
