The receptionist was prepared for us arriving, they knew we would have our dog, they knew we had already paid for the room. You might think the location of this hotel is an issue, but in fact, it's definitely not. Maybe a 15 minute walk to the town, you can leave the car in the hotel car park. Breakfast was definitely adequate, with some hot offerings also. There's a coffee machine too. There's a Lidl just across the road for supplies too. We were only there for one night. Managed to see some of Quedlinburg the night before, then after breakfast (which starts at 7am) did a full walk around followed by freshen up and check out by 11am.

Housekeeping must have had a bad day... our large towels were not present, and there was a discarded bottle top under the bed. Towels were resolved quickly though.

Hotel was clean efficient and friendly. I cannot praise the staff, Marian, Carmen and Mohammed too highly. We had a problem with a lost passport and their help was unsticking. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Gold stars all round.

It would have been nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee makings in the room, but a small matter.

It wouldn't hurt to add kettles to the rooms (or glasses, for that matter). Perhaps the price is a bit high for this hotel. If the price included breakfast, it would make sense, but it's charged separately.

I was a bit taken aback by the presence of some subtle hidden fees (like the local tax) that I wish had been made clear to me earlier. It's always helpful when these things are communicated upfront.

A basic hotel, but tastefully decorated with a wonderful lobby and breakfast room. A mix of business people and visitors to the area.

Their quick drop key box was inside the locked area of the hotel, so hopefully they found my key in the room!

This is a very cozy and wonderful place with good value for money. A short walk to the center. The room was extremely nice, spacious and the amenities thoughtfully prepared and arranged. Good place if you are driving in.

No lift, so if people are coming in with heavy baggage, maybe it can be an issue. I was travelling light so it wasn't a problem.

Nice hotel, set in a quiet area, not to far from the centre to walk for the evening meals, the rooms are not large, but comfortable. The location is ideal for touring the area, you are out of the city by car in minutes.

Stayed there last year and the hotel car park was free, was very surprised to pay 3 euros a day this year.

A no frills hotel within walking distance to the old town of Quedlinburg. Parking on the premises for 3€ per night. Price performance in the middle of the week is outstanding for what you get - a good room and a good breakfast.
