We stayed in Hedersleben to visit the famous Quedlinburg Christmas market, only a short drive away. We had a double bedroom in the coach house ("Remise"). The room was rather cramped but the bathroom fairly spacious. Buffet-type breakfast with many choices was served in the cloister. We were particularly impressed by the abbey and by the exceptional friendlyness of the staff. They went out of their way to provide us with dinner and even sent us something home that we had forgotten in the room.

The bed was only 1,60 m wide. The sink in the bathroom had little depth. Electric installation in the room was using lots of extension cords. Parts of Hedersleben are not very attractive.

Kloster Hedersleben is lovely. My small room was like a modern monk's cell, and I say that in a positve way - very atmospheric but with all the conveniences of the modern world. The WiFi in my room was fast and they serve a very good breakfast. Realistically, you need a car to get there, but if you have one it is a beautiful alternative to staying in Quedlinburg or Halberstadt.

We really enjoyed this place. As if we were walking into live history. The place was full of history in every corner. Place had its own lovely small park to walk and rest. The staff, Marie- Lou and Victor, were very kind and friendly. They helped us with all our needs. We would definitely come back here for summer experience.

Kloster Hedersleben structure is amazing, full of fascion and charm. The single room is charming, clean and comfortable, slightly small and has no TV. Free WIFI was available in the room and the connection was working properly. Free parking is possible in the huge courtyard that include a nice garden for relaxing and a playground for children. The charming town of Quedlinburg is only 12 km. far away.

It was very beautiful and the grounds are great for a walk. Staff were so nice

The menu at the restaurant had a lot of pork dishes and only one vegetarian option.

- Incredible old monastery - amazing building. - Beautiful surroundings. - Very clean and neat.

- Wifi was not the best, not available in the room. - The breakfast was not really worth the money - still good quality products but just not a lot of choice. - I hope whatever pissed off the receptionist at the checkout was solved - she was fuming! Although still tried her best to be professional. - The ventilation fan in the bathroom was really loud.

The rooms are very cosy and quaint, the lounge area was lovely too, a nice place to spend the evenings playing games.

Very peaceful but accessible location. Handy for exploring Quedlinburg and the Harz, but also good overnight possibility for business in Magdeburg. Good restaurant (from Thursday to Sunday) and fine bar.

Breakfast room is a little small if all guests turn up at once, but that problem was easily solved.

Beautiful ancient place from the stories about the knights and kings. Extremely comfortable beds, friendly staff!
