It was like walking in to a fairytale. The castle was so beautiful with a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly especially the breakfast hostess. She made us feel so welcome. The view from our room overlooking the old town and the church was amazing. We are definitely going to come back here. The town is also beautiful, clean, lots of nice places and friendly people to meet. Perfect with parking lots right on the property. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The weather was so humid and hot over 30 degrees. So an air conditioner would have been great. And fortunately there was a fan blowing in the room. Otherwise it was great

The hotel is located on a small hill, just a few minutes' walk from the town center. It has its own beautiful garden and independent courtyard. The hotel is a castle, with a beautiful exterior and elegant interior furnishings, allowing you to feel the owner's unique taste. Parking can be done downstairs, safely and conveniently. The room is very large and clean, the bathroom has plenty of water, and the shower is very comfortable.The staff are kind and friendly. The breakfast was extremely sumptuous, served by a dedicated person, and a full table was set up. In order not to waste food, I had to eat very full, and the staff even took the initiative to take photos for my husband and wife. I really hope to stay here for a few more days.

Without an elevator, moving luggage is a tedious task.

We found this to be a very likeable, and slightly quirky, family run hotel. The building itself is very attractive and interesting, the staff - and owner - all super friendly, the position in the town couldn't be better. It was quiet and comfortable and we really enjoyed breakfast on the terrace when the sun came out.

There were some decor choices which were out of keeping with the overall feeling of the building. It had been beautifully renovated using lovely materials, so the modern floor lamp in the otherwise beautiful hallway illuminating a flamingo holding a sign saying 'welcome' were incongruous. Seemed a shame to spoil such a mostly lovely interior with a small number of out of place details like that! Though also quite funny.

The property and extensive grounds are fabulous, as were the breakfasts. The owners were very hospitable throughout and we enjoyed the informal tour of the castle and the Earl Grey teas served on the attractive terrace. It also helped that Quedlinburg is an outstandingly beautiful place and we would have liked to stay longer.

The only thing I can think of that wasn't outstanding was the comfort of the bed/mattress

The hotel is directly in the Center of Quedlinburg, just a stroll away from the market square. Everything is easily accessible by foot. Breakfast is served at the table, you order the night before plus additional food to choose from. Plenty of options. A lovely hotel with attentive staff. There was an error in the booking but the staff sorted it out and we ended up in a suite instead of two double rooms. The sofa bed was comfortable and the rooms large and spacious. It‘s very quite and I think in Summer/warmer weather the outdoor terrace is a lovely spot to sit.

The car park closes at 7pm, while there are plenty of restaurants around town in walking distance, it would have been difficult to drive to somewhere less local. The hotel does not have an elevator due to its age and building restrictions. You may need to take this into account if you have trouble with stairs.

Large spacious room with a view in a stunning old building built in 1898. Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Parking on site for €5 a day. And a short 2 minute walk into the town square. Very nice breakfast too. Beautiful grounds to walk in as well and a 700 year old tower right next door to climb for a fantastic view of the city. Outdoor terrace is a very nice place for a drink after walking around. Has a rooftop terrace too but was a bit cold for us to explore there.

Great location, very clean and nice, large room in a medieval ambienc. Very friendly and client oriented team. Great breakfast.

The only short-coming of the property is that the majority of the guest rooms are on the third floor which implies a steep climb, as there is no elevator. With heavy luggage or for older people this is almost no-go, or, at least, very uncomfortable.

Location is top. Hotel is right next to Markplatz. Very comfortable and beautiful room + jacuzzi bath. Staff is very nice and freindly. Breakfast is very delicious, except breadrolls. Don't worry about non-buffet concept, they serve you plenty of food and it is possible to ask for a refill.

It would be nice if the Hotel has lobby or lounge. They do have a terrace with seating, but it is too cold to sit there in winter.

The hotel is located very centrally and walking distance to most sites in town. The hotel is nice and staff very friendly. Our room was on the top flour and it was a pain to lug all the luggage up the stairs (there is no lift). The breakfast was ok, nothing special. There is plenty of parking, once you figure out how to get to it.

Location couldn't be better when the old town of Quedlinburg is the place to visit. This castle hotel is one of the nicest hotels we've visited and we've been in many places. Friendly stuff, own nice surrounding park, tower right in front of the hotel to check the town from higher and the roof terrace in the hotel to enjoy the evening view to town with a glass of wine. Perfect!
