Comfortable bed and overall clean room. The room smelled really nice when we entered. Staff was kind. Location was good enough for a 1 night stay. It's a good hotel when you're passing through and staying for a short period of time :)

Smell of the bathroom, odd smell even though everything was clean. We did have to pay 10€ for parking even though the hotel is outside the city centre and one of the reviews said it was free parking, this is not the case. It's also mentioned on Booking somewhere that there is a parking fee but when you see what the location is, it feels like 10€ for parking is a bit much.

For the first time, I experienced self-check-in at a hotel, and I was thrilled with it! I'm glad I had the opportunity to try this method. The room was clean, and we had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The cleaning staff were amazing truly exceptional! The WiFi was great too, we didn't have any issues, which is rare in hotels, so I was really impressed. We didn’t choose to have breakfast, but based on everything we saw, I’m sure it would’ve been great.

Great hotel with very helpful staff. Room was spacious and the shower was amazing. Short walk from HBF, a little remote from town but felt very safe. Nice to have air conditioning on the hotter days

Convenient and easy place to stay for a night when we visited for a festival. The staff were friendly and we had what we needed for a brief stay. Room was small-ish but had space for small luggage and accommodated our needs just fine for the night. Parking is available but you have to reserve in advance if it's busy, which it was for the annual Rutenfest.

Reasonably priced comfortable accommodation, fairly close to railway station and town centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly and there was ample (paid) parking space available.

An in room fridge and kettle would have been nice, a double rather than twin beds would have been nice too.

The building is quite new and all materials were in good conditions.

The staff from the reception was extremly unpolite/racist. The offered me un uncleaned room and when I went back to the reception he was unpolite and he did not want to change the room with a clean one. He threatened me to cancel my reservation if I didn't kindly ask him to change my room. I didn't have time to file a complaint with the hotel manager because I was late and left early in the morning. Please be careful with the staff of the dear hotel b & b because the guests pay for the services offered and deserve the due respect

The staff were friendly, everything was clean and tidy. They accepted my late arrival. There was a puzzle picture on the wall of the room which I really enjoyed, as Ravensburg is famous for it's puzzle brand.

The fan in the bathroom was on automatically and it bothered me while trying to sleep. The breakfast had limited options and was not up to my expectations.

The breakfast fully meets with our expectations, even if we find it slightly overpriced, as nothing will be done on order. We have stayed here before, and we are now pleased to note that security has been improved through fencing and a boom to pass.

Location was not perfect - no restaurants close by and limited parking at the hotel, but neither caused a real problem. We weee well-treated and breakfast and accommodation were fine.

All the staff were friendly and helpful (I'dforgotten my charger). Good breakfast. Clean. Good value for money. A short walk through the train station into the town centre. I will definitely go back.

There was nothing to complain about.
