The breakfast is the standard cold european buffet that you get in most hotels. I had dinner in the resturant-it was excellent! The room was large, comfortable, very clean. There are large windows that give a great view of the moutains.

Limited parking. The hotel is run like a B&B so no staff for most of the day. No sauna or gym. The hotel is in a nice village, well located for cycling-but it was raining when I was there so not much to do.

Great location in a beautiful village and right next to the church and may pole. Don’t miss the Lourdes grotto and alp views. I was running late and they kindly saved me a salad and a radler which I really appreciated after a long drive. Modern, clean room with everything that I needed. Bug screen on the window was great.

The hotel very well renovated, looks like new. Beds are really comfortable. Shower is hot and relaxing. The staff is awesome, a family run hotel. Break fast is good, not as fancy as a 4+ star hotel, but has all you need to get the day started. Plenty parking spots.

I liked everything. The location is not the closest to Neuschwanstein, but ok.

We stayed for just one night on the way from Prague to Switzerland. I can say many good words about the hotel: good room, friendly staff, good restaurant, no problems with parking. But what I remember the most is the comfortable bed. I had really great sleep, unusually great (and not because I was tired or something like that - I wasn't :) If I have a chance to come back, I will for sure.

Spacious and great location for exploring the region. It’s a charming, real village - not a tourist stop.

Lovely family run hotel with good room and fantastic food and atmosphere in pretty garden setting.

Unfortunately it was not a peaceful nights sleep as the close proximity to the church meant a disturbed night as the church bells ring every 1/4 hour all night and day. The church bells spoilt what should have been a very quiet night as the rest of the village was quiet.

Nice staff that welcomes you as a guest. Our visit was comfortable and cozy. This Best hotel this year for our family. Would love to come back if we get the chance.

Everything! The hotel is amazing, friendly and helpful staff, lovely clean rooms and food in restaurant for dinner and breakfast was fantastic and good value.

We wanted to stay in Wildsteig as part of our hiking of King Ludwig's Way. This guesthouse is directly on the path, so that was perfect and we could check in early. The only down part for us was that the restaurant was not open (nor were any others in town) so we needed to drive to Steingaden for dinner. It was not a problem for as as we had a car with us, but our initial plans were just to hike in, and then we would have been stuck as the closest towns are 5-10k away. So if you are hiking in and will be there on a Monday or Tuesday - double check first. Other than that it was great and we were able to have a beer from the fridge when we finished our walk. Breakfast was good.

Wonderful accommodation and a lovely meal in an amazing location - all the superlatives in one place! Could not be happier with our stay.
