We found a very comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated apartment. It is an apartment, not a room, as you can use the kitchen (without cooking) and the dining room. Everything in the room was good and comfortable: mattress, good quality bed linen, and towels. A rich, varied breakfast was already in the fridge when we arrived. In addition, we found beer, wine, and juices in the fridge, as well as snacks on the kitchen table at very reasonable prices. We arrived in the evening and decided not to go out for dinner, but to use the minibar.

The bread that was delivered to us in the morning was not fresh.

Convenient and very close to the church. Also the temperature of our living area was very cool despite hot temperatures outside. Really appreciated Martina finding my shirt that I had left behind and sent it along with our luggage transfer. She also went out of her way to fulfill our request of receiving our bread box earlier in the morning so we could get an earlier start.

Nothing

Plenty of space for a family, comfortable rooms, nice set up with your own breakfast room. It is more like a whole apartment than a B&B. Lovely walk in the woods for the dog immediately behind the house.

You cannot use all the kitchen facilities. Not a problem for our one-night stay, but if you stay longer you might want to be able to use the cooker etc.

First of all the breakfast is just divine! The house is very clean and comfortable. We found every equipment we needed during our 1 night stay.

The parking caused a smaller inconvenience: the fellow guests didn’t pay attention to the instructions. Oh the instructions:) We equally found the novelly instructions funny and a bit weird:) I guess it is just german precision, but it took some time to digest it:)

My husband and I had a very relaxing stay at Martina's, especially after a day's hiking. Great location next to the church backing onto wilderness, beautiful garden with seating around house. Checkin was easy with a locked key box and communication with our host went smooth. The kitchen was stocked with free coffee/ teas and one could buy other drinks and treats with an honesty system. The room was clean and beds comfy. Best of all was the breakfast, a wonderful assortment! Also, thankyou to Martina who drove around the town to find us as we had left a set of hiking poles in the room.

A very quiet location in sleepy village. Host welcomed us and we relaxed in garden. Also had our the fantastic supplied breakfast in the garden.

Contactless visit--surely convenient and appreciated by some guests, but for me, would have been nice to see someone after a long day of solo hiking...

It was very quaint, in a garden setting, well appointed, very welcoming.

Unexpectedly great place not that far from Neuschwannstein.
