Lovely hotel that we really enjoyed. The staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was great. We really enjoyed the restaurant and opted to eat there both evenings. The pool and sauna were great. The local town was a short walk away, it was a nice place to visit and shop. Great parking. All staff spoke English really well, which was a major benefit for us.

Our room was a little tired and is ready for an update. Having said that it was really clean and warm.

The staff was very helpful and kind when we needed help due to a medical emergency. The wellness area is spacious, with various resting places, both indoors and outdoors, and the amenities are of high standard. The atmosphere of this resort is very relaxing and calming. The closeness to the walking trails is ideal, especially if one manages just very short distances. The nights are dark enough for stargazing. The breakfast is carefully organized and displayed, with many options, and very tasty.

I wished guests would refrain from smoking inside the perimeter of the hotel, but this is wishful thinking...

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The location was wonderful with greenery surroundings for cycling and walk and town center was nearby.

Room comfortability can be improved by providing a kettle for water heating and comfy beds. Also the road side ground floor room gets warmer making us sweat at night time. Some cooling options would help.

Traditional building with real character.

No lift for heavy luggage although staff did help. No water readily available throughout the day. No provision to remove mud etc from walking boots when the surrounding area is great for open country walking.

Traditional place, in a nice environment so I returned there few weeks ago later as I had business in the area.

Again very traditional so if you like this style, this is perfect.

Calm place in a beautiful landscape. Nice pool and really nice staff. We were exhausted after driving and nothing was open anymore. The staff gave us bread and cheese. Big thanks for that ❤️

We loved the spa facilities - the pool is quite large and everything was very clean with extra towels etc. The breakfast for me, was amazing! Delicious and catered for all tastes. We also ate in the restaurant which is a bit expensive but quite traditional which was nice.

Everything was perfect. Really good food in the restaurant, a lot of vegetables in all the meals! :) The pool is great, breakfast abundant. The surroundings are perfect for walking. And also: Baby friendly:) Nice staff!

Very delicious breakfast. Great comfortable beds. Very nice and warm hospitality from the hotel staff. Long opening hours at the pool and sauna area and both indoor pool and sauna was very nice to visit.

The stay with our dog went without any problems. The room was clean, and the location was great to go out directly for a walk. The staff was very accommodating to our requests.
