The breakfast was quite basic but the food was good and plentiful. We chose the location to be near Heide Park, our first stop on our trip around Germany. Very good location, will be visiting again. We had a meal in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival, highly recommend it.

Maybe a larger buffet breakfast could improve, although that's not a criticism, maybe just more hot food.

Great and fast check-in, staff were really observant, clear in communication and fast getting us the key. Great parking, just outside our rooms, which was spacious and really clean. We stayed in the house on first floor, where everything was really clean and with lots of towels. Breakfast was cheap and more delicious than we expected, so all in all price and quality was great for this stay.

Absolutely beautiful room and bathroom. Excellent if you are visiting heide park and only a short drive from the panzer museum.

There is a door which slams noisily between the breakfast room and the bedrooms which means if you are on the ground floor, it bangs shut every couple of minutes from 6-30 am or so. It's such a shame because the rest of the stay was perfect.

Hotel Dea is a nice hotel and offers really good value for the price. The bathroom was a highlight, with a great shower and excellent water pressure. Everything was clean and comfortable, and having air conditioning was definitely a plus during the summer.

On the downside, the food in the hotel restaurant was just okay—not bad, but nothing beyond average.

We paid extra for breakfast and it was really good for a (reasonable) cost. We had a whole house for ourselves and the kids loved it. The staff went beside themselves to help us get a hold of a beloved item we forgot at the house. Excellent service!

There was nothing not to like. We will be back soon!

Big family suite, very clean. Very kind staff, solved Wifi problem that was in the first night. Good location for travelling around the area. Inspite of some disadvantages the total it was good value for it

The bathroom has not any accessories to hang towels to put stuff. There was very slippery in the shower cabin. A little noisy (two family suites together) The approach to the second floor suite is by upstairs, not so comfortable to lift suitcases.

Really friendly staff, greeted always with a smile. Lovely clean room and bathroom. For my son the wifi signal was very important and that was really good. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty to choose from, great coffee. We also ate in their italian restaurant the evening we arrived and that was perfect. Good variety from pasta dishes and pizzas to steaks and very reasonably priced. All in all a really great hotel.

Clean, friendly, bkft good & quiet

Far away from restaurants for walking. No Ubers for cheaper transportation. Couldn’t find any souvenir shops for items to bri g home with SOLTAU on it

Very nice light breakfast ( pick out your own food ), We have gotten on the house coffee when we arrived. They allowed us to store our suitcases before check-in. Ordered a taxi for us to Heide park. You can order food to your room, which is very nice. The queen bed room has a balcony/veranda on which you can eat with a nice atmosphere :)

The restaurant part of the hotel, didn't work with not German debit cards, even ISIC (mastercard and visa) The pasta was felt cheap and a bit bland, but the sauce was good.

For once we have a hotel in Germany that has a fully functioning air conditioning! We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room!
