Everything was amazing, the lady at the reception was very friendly and she show us every facilities that the hotel offer. Comfortable bed, good view, nice balcony, healthy breakfast, also the swimming pool and sauna were fantastic.

Very nice location on the lake's shore and very good breakfast in the morning.

There is no restaurant for lunch / dinner and the only options are a couple of places, 15 min. walking distance nearby: Riva (Italian) or Seehof (local). I am not sure if a hotel can get 4* if it does not have a restaurant and it was a bit confusing when we arrived.

We loved the view of the lake from our room, and the breakfast was amazing. We appreciated that we could book hours for our own private use of the sauna/pool. The customer service was amazing! Both Chris and Annette made us feel at home. Chris told us about places to visit in the area, and Annette took great care of us at breakfast. There was an iron/ironing board in our room as well as sparkling water, Nespresso machine, and plenty of extra blankets. It was wonderful to have the transportation tickets for using the train on the German side of the lake. We felt spoiled!

The mattresses were pretty hard for us to sleep on. But we're used to American mattresses, not European. We would have liked less fluffy pillows. There were a couple hairs in the tub when we arrived.

The owners were lovely, polite and helpful . The rooms were clean and modern, the breakfast excellent and the location great. We had a wonderful three days and were sad to leave. I would definitely recommend the Lupinen Hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Breakfast was from farm to table ,absolutely delicious and served with love.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was super friendly and always helpful. Our room was big with nice view over the lake. We appreciated the nespresso coffee machine and complementary capsules in the room. The breakfast was extraordinary. Especially the freshly squeezed orange juice and a glass of Prosecco was a nice touch. Sauna and pool were clean and well maintained. We would definitely come back.
