This very comfortable upmarket hotel is lovely, positioned 50m from the lake. The staff were professional and friendly providing great service. The room and bathroom were spacious and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a lake view (extra) which was worth it. Breakfast on the terrace or in the airy dining room was an extensive hot and cold buffet. Evening meals in the restaurant were excellent andf reasonably priced.

No air conditioning in the bedroom just an efficient fan. Shutters and blinds on the windows helped.

Beds very way too soft. Our feet and heads were high up, while the bum was buried in cotton balls. Blinds were a bit dated and didn't work. Breakfast is being cleared out way before breakfast time is over, which kinda adds some stress.

Amazing views, great breakfast, beautiful location. Kind and accommodating staff with our baby as well. We didn't get to use the sauna or spa unfortunately!

There was no air conditioning and our corner room was extremely hot due to sun on both sides of the room, but unfortunately we couldn't open the windows without a ton of mosquitos eating us all day or night. Also, we were given two twin beds pushed together instead of a king bed.

The staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic!

I was there on a very hot day. The room did not have an air conditioner but it did have a fan. People who struggle with heat should keep this in mind or ask if there are rooms with air conditioning.

BAD Hotel is in the centre of the town which makes it perfect for exploring, popping back and off again. My room was small but spotlessly clean. Sadly not overlooking the lake. Breakfast was exceptional and every member of staff with whom I engaged was friendly and helpful.

Location is great although the small stalls of the fair dud encroach on the privacy of the hotel grounds.

WIFI did not work on my room - staff blamed on the weather. Since I came back in the following week with the same weather, but different room, the WIFI was much better. As I checked out on friday and returned on sunday I had expectations to leave my luggage at the hotel. They did not accept. travelling so much, I have never experienced that before.

The stay was great. The room was spacious, warm, and clean. The receptionist also gave some treats for our dog. The hotel has amazing breakfast and a great backyard view.

Restaurant downstairs has weird working hours.. Every time we tried to get some warm food - restaurant was either closed yet or already closed.

This hotel met or exceeded our expectations and we felt was was good value for money compared to other hotels around the lake that we stayed at. Comfortable and clean with very comfortable bed. Best breakfast of the 6 hotels we stayed at during our cycle tour of the lake. Beautiful view of gardens and the lake. Excellent staff. Has a good bike garage.

Heard other guests in neighbouring rooms more often than we would like, but was not a deal breaker.

The breakfast was excellent, as was the location. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Just a note for the non Europeans, neither of our rooms had AC. They do provide a fan, that works very well, and the windows open. We all enjoyed our stay and this would not stop us from staying here again (the breakfast was that good).
