Location overlooking the lake. Close to the ferry. Easy to walk around Uberlingen and see the sights. My room was perfect with a fridge and kettle. Very comfortable and clean. Many thanks to the lady who cleaned the rooms, and who carried my suitcase down the stairs:) Would definitely return.

I did not expect to be directly on the waterfront, in the heart of the action, with two windows with amazing views directly over the water and promenade. Wonderful. An attic room, but great for me. Loved it.

Smoke detectors in the room and hallway. These old buildings, top floor, make me a bit nervous about fires. An adequate number of functioning smoke detectors should be located up there.

The location is excellent, you cannot drive anywhere near to it though. The car park is about 400+yds away from€20 for 48hours. I will include a photo of the front of the hotel as it’s not that easy to find, it’s above an Ice cream Parlour

Although there was a shower over the bath there was nowhere to put it on the wall So to shower you had to hold it !! Not ideal

I have read other reviews that seemed unfair. It is a small Inn. The staff is very nice and the location is excellent. It is very low priced. The furniture is older but the flooring and bedding were new. It would not be my first choice but was nicer than the reviews indicated.

The furniture and bathrooms were in need of updating

Lovely staff and great location. I appreciated that when I got there early i was given my room early instead of just storing my luggage. I will definitely stay here again.

It is an outstanding location, with a lovely view over the lake. The room is charming with old fashioned comfort.

We were travelling by bike and we had to carry our bikes up to the first floor as there is nowhere else to store them.

Beautiful lake-front location, with great rooms overlooking the waterfront. Very comfortable and bright. Close to bars and restaurants. Nice teas in the rooms.

No staff on show other than to give you the key. We didn’t try the cafe downstairs. Nowhere to park bicycles other than in the street outside.

The hotel location was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.

There was no staff at the hotel during our stay, and no facilities were unavailable.

I was upgraded to room 4 with a fabulous view over the lake. Hot water, good internet, quiet. Furnitures, although dated, did not bother me. Free transportation with the local guest card. Good doubled-glassed windows (I could barely hear the works done outside). Big room. No kettle. Special thanks to the cleaning lady who took care of my broken suitcase.

The fridge is loud so take earplugs. Too much light at night.
