Everything. The room had all the conveniences we required, clean, no clutter and streamlined which might not be to everyone’s taste. We enjoyed the balcony in the late afternoon, along with a hot cup of tea and a Madeline cookie supplied in the lobby. The Park Haus was easy to find and a short walk. Breakfast was available at cafes across the street and on the promenade. Instructions for the key and room were easy to follow.

The hotel was conveniently located to the promenade of Bodensee. We could walk everywhere. The room was spacious and had plenty of cabinet space and shelves for personal items. We had an issue with a light and the owner came immediately to fix it. Coffee was available at all times and plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. The price was right!

The luggage drop off and parking instructions were somewhat confusing.

No dining facilities, but there were quite a few options within 2 to 3 minutes walk which was nice for our needs.

No air conditioning, so the windows needed to be open, which was not the problem as the room temperature was comfortable. The nearby restaurants’ food smell was quite strong though, which was only a problem in the evening until about 22:00.

Exclent location near the lake and ferry. Lots of nice restaurants within short walk. Room was big and beds comfortable. There is no breakfast, but there is free coffee (and hot chocolate for the children). There is a secure place to store your bicycle.

This place is worth the stay for the staff and location. The hotel is feet away from the center of town, the Landungsplatz, where you can catch ferries around the lake, and is only a 6 minute walk from the train station. The rooms were also very decently sized, with nice windows to open during hot times. However, there is no A/C, but the hotel does provide a fan. The staff were all very nice, and speak English if that's a requirement for you. All in all, I found the Hotel Capri good value for your money, especially if you're just looking for a place to sleep while you explore the beautiful region.

It was very close to restaurants and the lake, perfect for evenings out of the room. The check in was made easy and convenient for us.

Just a heads up, the parking garage is a short walk away. It wasn't a big problem for us, but could be for others, if people travel with more luggage than we did.

Only minor concern: If its very sunny, the room may heat up and there is no air conditioning (though a ventilator is in the room): so you have to close the outside shades, then the problem is solved.

A very friendly small hotel a few yards from the lakeside. My room was comfortable with a pleasant contemporary design and the balcony had a view over rooves to the lake. There is no breakfast room but breakfast can be had at the sister pizza restaurant in the square just round the corner by the lake and there is good, free coffee in the hotel all day long.

Location close to the promenade is great and restaurants, bakery, coffee shops, gelato, groceries and lots of retail shopping close by.

Everything was good and both owners so friendly and helpful.

The mattress was exceptionally comfortable. Large room. Fan for the heat was much appreciated. Coffee machine available for 24 hrs, for free. Location was excellent. Hosts very friendly and accommodating. Guest parking ticket in public park house. Glad there was a lift, not having to climb stairs. Spacious shower.
