Super hotel! Friendly staff, comfortable clean room and nice views all around the hotel. The gardens in the hotel are a nice place to relax and watch the fish in the ponds. Breakfast was good with good service and helpful staff. Bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Underground garage available for park and plenty on street parking. The hotel is in a very quiet town which is a 10 minute drive to Koblenz. It is situated on the main cycle path. Nice walks around the area also

Location is excellent for a quiet break away from the city. Bikes are available and it is very well placed for cycling or walking. Otherwise a car is needed to see local sights. Dinner was outstanding; the dining-room is lovely, with a huge feature window overlooking the Rhine and the hills beyond, the service was friendly and solicitous, and the food very good indeed - highly recommended. They serve local wines, which were excellent and well priced. The room was a good size, with comfortable beds and an excellent shower.

Breakfast was completely satisfactory, but a little limited.

It is a quiet area and good for families to relax. A dinner restaurant is conveniently located next door. Restaurant staff are also professional.

The facilities are old and not comfortable. We stayed on a hot summer day and the room was too hot to get a good night's sleep.

Excellent room with balcony and partial view of the Rhine river. Air-con was in the room, which considering the heat, was most welcome. Comfortable beds and an excellent walk in shower.

The Hotel was located nicely along the river and it was a quiet place, perfect to relax. You could eat at the hotel but with a car it wasn't far to the next city.

A spa section would have been nice but not necessarily required.

The room insulation was very poor. Late in the night, the people from the rooms next to us were talking/ laughing normally, but we were hearing them like they were in our bathroom. Our baby hardly felt asleep.

We liked the views and quietness. The breakfast was good and the service was amazing.

The room was a bit hot, but they provided us with a fan, which made it a bit better. We had a car so getting to Koblenz was not a problem although it's bit far from the city centre

The garden was beautiful. It was very quiet. The room we stayed in was beyond what we hoped for. It was fantastic.

There was not any hair conditioner or body lotion. I do not know if not having that is standard in Germany. We do have it here at the next hotel we are at.

We chose Rheinhotel Larus lastminute as a stopover and very glad we did so. Good place to get some rest. Good staff, very clean and nice and quiet.

My room facing the Rhein river had a great view but was right above the outdoor restaurant. If a summer evening buzz is a problem for you - you might want to a quieter room. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
