Breakfast was wonderful and offered little bit of everything - even vor vegans :) For scramble eggs you should ask, they prepared it fresh for us. Because of work on highway we were late and checked in late, very friendly staff/reception is open all night, also they have bar for guests :).

Totally empty bottle of body losion, little ones were expired. There was just one pair of slippers. I got discount when booking the room but still this little things can be annoying if you expect you'll have it. We stayed one night and it was Sunday so I didn't bother too much but maybe to check that little things if you offer them.

I waited at the reception for a long time. After a while, the barman came but he was not polite at all. He gave me a lower priced room instead of the room I booked through booking.com. He said that there was no room available despite my objection. Then the front desk staff came. He was more polite and understanding. When I asked him why I was not given the room I booked, he said that the room information on booking.com was wrong. It was not professional at all.

We chose this hotel because of its location: we did not plan to visit Munich, we just needed to stop somewhere along the way, and the intersection of autobahns 94 and 99 was perfect. Despite the proximity of the autobahn, the hotel was quite quiet. Externally the hotel looks like a guesthouse, but it is a real 4-star hotel. Our room was big and light, with a huge window. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. I should especially mention the breakfast, such a large and varied breakfast is rare.

The bed was too soft for my test and noisy. Сheap bed linen. The bathroom was small and not fully comfortable.

You will be staying at a very friendly, modern, clean, very well equipped bar wise and customer friendly run hotel in a very convenient location. Safe and large parking options. Nice rooms with outside sitting area. The lady at reception was super to meet and she made our day with the beer recommendations at the bar and the nice chats we had. I still remember that vividly, and I am writing this review months later ;-)

The staff members were absolutely wonderful! So very friendly and accurate. My room was beyond clean, the windows made it soundproof and it was close to the highway te accommodate me a much needed stop. If I knew how nice the hotel was, I would have stayed longer. I'll save it in my account for a future trip!

Everything was beyond expectations.

Everything was simply perfect. Family cosy with a very nice touch of design in every corner. Super confortable sleep, awesome breakfast (the kiwi jam was the cherry on the cake). Easy accessible from the highway. Short trip to Munchen. But, above everything was the hosts very friendly and respectful attitude. The check-out gift was an unexpected and high-quality surprise that we cherished back at home, reminding us of the perfect time spent at Arcus. Congratulations to the owners! Congratulations to the team taking care of such a gem! We'll definitely stop by each time our travels bring us around Munchen. Thank you for everything!

The Sauna was great and helpful to relax our muscles after several walking days! Evening and morning at 7:30 am also! We thank Arcus for these services! They provide towels and everything you need to relax. ☺️ We were warmed welcoming at the receptionist and advised. Wonderful breakfast, large buffet! In a delighted veranda! WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AND HAVE A GREAT BREAK TIME DURING OUR TRIP TO BAVARIA! WE RECOMMEND ARCUS 💯 !

Breakfast couldn't be faulted. Located in small rural town with really good restaurant across the road. Evening meals not offered at hotel other than basics. Very quiet.

Value for money was poor due to demand for accommodation in area created by large exhibition. Normal rates would be excellent

It felt like a home, staff were super friendly, bedroom super comfortable. It was also very easy to get Ubers to anywhere if you aren’t very interested in public transport. I was there for Adele in Munich concert and they had a shuttle bus to take you to there and pick you up from there after. Would highly recommend!

Nice hotel, helpful, friendly and happy staff. They even put together a pizza when we got back so late after a concert and couldn’t get anything delivered to eat!

Nothing really except a bit of distance from the city centre but for the concert, a great location.
