I was actually blown away with how great this hotel was! In the Uk, most Best Westerns are very basic and don’t have much but this was a very good hotel. The lobby was well presented and very smart, the restaurant area was also nice. The room was very good, the chair was comfy, I liked that the room had a tablet too. Also, the reception staff and the bar tender were really friendly.

The shower was a bit weird and it didn’t seem to have any other setting, it was like one half of the shower head was a spray and the other was like a tap. Also, I was part of a group where we were given cards to “make it easier to add drinks to the room” but honestly, it was more time consuming and also pretty confusing. I got accused of not paying my tab when I did, a couple others did too - we were told one of the bills were “accidentally duplicated” - the whole thing was just bizarre, you’re trying to create a smoother process but it was just over complicated. There was also a very rude waiter (young man) on the Saturday, I asked him for a drink and he said to ask someone else and just walked away. He was the only staff member that was bad, all other staff were fine.

The room was spacious and comfortable. And the restaurant was very nice and served good food.

Cleanliness can be improved, it's definitely not bad, but a bit more would make it perfect. One example that requires attention would be the ventilation grille in the bathroom. Though again, it's not really an issue.

Breakfast was really good, my kids loved it a lot. However, dinner was not so smooth, waiting time was a bit too long and there was no communication between the restaurant and the front office. I had to pay again during checkout for dinner I had paid the previous day because there was no record of my payment.

Adequate communication during handover to the next shift. I would suggest an instant update or automate customer's bill as services are being rendered.

Everything was new, clean, well maintained. Cool restaurant with very nice and helpful staff. Easy and spacious parking. In fact, the hotel looks much better than photos on booking.com tell.

Breakfast and dinner are a bit pricey for the area. But the quality and variety are high and compensate.

just lovely, such a nice hotel and great location for a quiet break, all the staff were really friendly and helpful, so glad we upgraded for a park view as it was stunning, we did sit for a couple of hours with a drink taking in the view, the restaurant was great and the food was superb

Very clean rooms with friendly personal, comfortable bed.

Carpet floors and parts of the rooms feel a bit outdated.

Room is clean & modern. Surroundings are beautiful & quiet.

Breakfast was lacking compared to what was offered a few years ago (mushrooms & other veggies) I waited 30 minutes for staff to refill emptied containers (eggs, bacon, other) to complete my breakfast but gave up after it didn't happen.

The property is a nice and clean hotel. The staff is really kind and welcoming.

The only thing that needs to be put is a hotel slipper in every room.

The hospitality and reception. We arrive very near of the close time of the restaurant, but anyway they let us have dinner.

We hadn't taken the breakfast. Is very expensive. We suggest to offer an alternative and cheaper option.
